【摘要】：回坊历史源远流长,迄今已有上千年历史,是西安知名的美食风情街,同时也是西安著名的回族聚集区。回坊因地理位置优越,位于西安市中心附近,靠近钟鼓楼等著名景点,作为西安著名的美食文化街区,回坊每年接待数以万计的旅游者。回坊经过30多年的旅游发展,一方面,旅游发展给回坊带来积极的影响；另一方面,回坊在旅游发展中也积累了很多问题。如果不能够很好的解决这些问题,无疑会阻碍回坊旅游业进一步的发展,也会严重影响社会居民的日常生活。本文以社区居民旅游发展感知的视角,探讨回坊旅游发展中存在的问题,以期对回坊旅游业的健康发展以启示。本文的主要内容为：本文首先对社区、感知、态度的概念进行了界定。然后对旅游地居民影响感知和回坊的相关文献进行了系统的梳理,为论文打下了坚实了理论基础。运用定量的方法对居民对社区的现状及旅游影响感知进行了分析,了解旅游发展中存在的问题。运用t检验法分析了不同人口统计特征的居民旅游发展感知差异。从居民、游客、居民有游客互动、旅游发展阶段、旅游发展模式的角度,探讨了居民旅游发展感知的影响机制。 (1)通过统计分析发现居民的旅游发展感知较为积极。居民的经济和社会文化影响正面感知要多于负面感知,而环境影响感知负面感知较多。 (2)回坊旅游发展阶段大致处于巴特勒生命周期的成熟期,居民与旅游者的关系处于Doxey的冷漠阶段。居民对待旅游业发展态度较为复杂,居民总体来说支持当地旅游业的发展,认为旅游发展利大于弊；但同时也认为回坊在旅游发展中存在很多问题,大多数居民对现状并不是十分满意。 (3)通过独立样本t检验发现：性别、职业特征、家庭收入影响居民旅游效应感知与态度。旅游从业人员与非从业人员相比,旅游从业人员旅游影响感知比非从业人员旅游影响感知要积极。男性居民与女性在经济方面存在显著差异,男性居民分值要高于女性居民,表明男性居民看待旅游影响更为乐观。家庭收入对居民的旅游感知具有一定的影响,家庭收入较高的人对旅游经济影响评价较高。 (4)居民自身特征、游客、居民与游客的互动、旅游发展阶段、旅游发展模式是影响居民旅游影响感知的重要因素。社区居民的职业属性是造成居民旅游影响感知差异的重要因素,此外性别与家庭收入也会对居民的感知差异造成一定的影响。游客是影响居民感知特征的外部驱动力。随着旅游发展阶段演进,居民的感知差异会有不同的特点。回坊自发演进发展模式,缺乏总体规划与系统性调控,比较注重经济的发展,而造成了对环境的破坏。本文的创新之处：以往的研究较少对居民旅游影响感知的机制进行深入的探讨,大多数研究主要是从人口统计学特征进行对居民旅游影响感知的影响进行研究。本文尝试从社区居民、游客、社区居民与游客互动、旅游发展阶段、旅游发展模式等角度对居民旅游影响感知机制进行深入的分析。

The main contents are as follows: firstly, to the community, perception, attitude of the concept. Then the influence of perceived tourism residents and related literature to workshop conducted a systematic review of the solid theoretical foundation for the thesis. Using quantitative method to analyse the current situation of residents and tourism impact on society the perception, understanding the existing problems in the development of tourism. The t inspection method of residents tourism perception differences with different demographic characteristics. From residents, tourists, residents of tourists interaction, stage of tourism development, tourism development perspective, discusses the influence mechanism of Residents Tourism Development of perception.
(1) through statistical analysis, it is found that residents' perception of tourism development is more positive. Residents' positive perception of economic and social cultural impact is more than negative perception, while environmental impact perception and negative perception are more.
(2) Hui tourism development stage roughly in the mature period of Butler's life cycle, the relationship between residents and tourists in the Doxey cold stage. (3) by independent samples t test showed that: gender, occupation, family income of residents perceptions and attitudes toward tourism effect. Tourism practitioners compared with non practitioners, tourism practitioners of tourism impact perception of tourism impact perception than non practitioners should actively. Male and female residents there are significant differences in the economic aspect, scores of male residents is higher than that of female residents, that male residents on tourism influence is more optimistic. Has a certain impact on Residents' perceptions of tourism impact of household income, household income of higher tourism economic evaluation is high.
(4) the residents own characteristics, tourists, residents and tourists interaction, stage of tourism development, tourism development mode is an important factor affecting the residents'perceptions. Occupation attributes of community residents is an important factor causing residents'perceptions difference, in addition to gender and family income may affect the differences in perception of residents the tourists. External influences of perceived characteristics of residents driving force. With the tourism development stage of evolution, the differences of the residents' perception will have different characteristics. The Hui Fang spontaneous evolution development model, the lack of overall planning and systematic control, pay more attention to the development of the economy, resulting in the destruction of the environment.
The innovation of this article:
In the past few studies in-depth discussion on the mechanism of residents' perception of tourism impact, most of the research is mainly to study the residents'perceptions influence from the demographic characteristics. This paper attempts from the tourists, community residents, community residents and tourists interaction, tourism development stage, in-depth analysis on residents perception of tourism impact mechanism the tourism development model.
