【摘要】:人力资源是企业发展的重要资源。企业竞争的关键决定因素就是人才。企业中人力资源投资的重要形式之一即为员工培训。龙城旅游控股集团人力资源部下属培训中心是承担龙城旅游控股集团有限公司员工培训的职能部门,承担着全集团员工培训的重任。目前,龙城旅游控股集团的员工培训项目仍存在许多问题。集团培训中心通过对员工培训活动的具体分析,引入了项目管理的概念,将员工培训活动视为一个个具体独立的培训项目,并对员工培训项目中的风险进行了分析研究。本文试图通过研究,找到一套较完整的龙城旅游控股集团员工培训项目风险控制方案。一方面能够有效指导龙城旅游控股集团在开展员工培训项目风险时降低风险,另一方面,也能给国内其它类似企业在开展员工培训项目时对培训项目风险管理提供一定的参考。 本文在认真查阅了国内外相关员工培训方面的研究文献基础上,提出了本文的研究内容及思路;对龙城旅游控股集团员工培训项目进行了深入研究,对员工培训项目中存在的主要问题进行了分析,识别出了龙城旅游控股集团员工培训项目存在的主要风险,并使用主观评价法与专家相对评分法两种方法对员工培训项目风险进行了评估。针对龙城旅游控股集团员工培训项目实际情况提出了:转变传统员工培训观念、建立健全员工培训体系、完善培训项目制度保障、加强项目组织实施、优化培训项目的投资结构以及构建员工培训后人才流失的约束机制等六项风险控制措施,从而指导集团培训中心对有效规避和防范员工培训项目风险。
[Abstract]:Human resource is an important resource for enterprise development. The key determinant of enterprise competition is talent. One of the important forms of human resource investment in an enterprise is employee training. The training center is responsible for the training of staff of Longcheng Tourism holding Group Co., Ltd. At present, there are still many problems in the staff training project of Longcheng Tourism holding Group. The group training center through the specific analysis of staff training activities. This paper introduces the concept of project management, regards employee training activities as concrete and independent training projects, and analyzes the risks in employee training projects. To find a complete set of Longcheng Tourism holding Group employee training project risk control program. On the one hand, can effectively guide Longcheng Tourism holding Group in the development of employee training project risk reduction, on the other hand. It can also provide some reference for the risk management of the training project in other similar enterprises in China. On the basis of consulting the domestic and foreign research literature on staff training, this paper puts forward the research contents and ideas of this paper. The staff training project of Longcheng Tourism holding Group has been deeply studied, the main problems in the staff training project have been analyzed, and the main risks of the staff training project in Longcheng Tourism holding Group have been identified. And the subjective evaluation method and the expert relative rating method are used to evaluate the risk of employee training project. In view of the actual situation of the staff training project in Longcheng Tourism holding Group, the paper puts forward: changing the traditional concept of staff training. Establish and perfect the staff training system, perfect the training project system guarantee, strengthen the project organization implementation, optimize the investment structure of the training project, and construct the staff training after the brain drain of the constraint mechanism, such as six risk control measures. In order to guide the group training center to effectively avoid and prevent employee training project risk.
