【摘要】：如今，随着经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的提高，人们的注意力不断提高，体现在旅游业也越来越明显。旅游行业的可持续发展不仅依赖于人们的旅游需求，还在于人们对于丰富的旅游资源深层次的文化吸引力的思考与探索，这已经成为了旅游业不断发展与壮大的根本动力。与此同时，伴随着旅游资源和旅游产品开发的继续扩大，向深层次发展，传统旅游模式已经无法满足今天旅游业和游客的要求，一种创意的旅游项目应运而生—文化旅游，文化旅游业正在成为人们了解国家历史，感受人类文明和重返精神家园的有效途径。 “十二五”期间，随着经济的快速发展，不断的扩大开放，吐鲁番地区的旅游业稳步发展，在规模发展上了一个新台阶，，产品结构，效益的概念的工作都有了新的进展；旅游业总体保持稳定增长，产业规模不断扩大，进一步优化产业结构，产业地位逐步提升，旅游业已成为重要的支柱产业和重要的经济增长点，吐鲁番地区的经济发展主要依托第三产业主导当地经济。吐鲁番有丰富的文化旅游资源，整个区域有一个5A级旅游景区，4A级景区一处，3A级景区六处，全国重点文物保护单位有八处。国家级历史文化名城一处（吐鲁番市）；国家历史文化名村一处（吐峪沟麻扎村）；国家历史文化名镇一处（鲁克沁镇），吐鲁番地区的历史文化十分悠久，我们应该把可开发利用的丰富的文化资源价值变为优势的旅游产品，这具有重要的现实意义。本篇论文一开始就根据文化旅游资源的相关理论以及重要概念进行界定理解，其次对吐鲁番地区的文化旅游资源现状情况进行整理分析，再对文化旅游资源进行分类评价，最后针对吐鲁番地区的特殊性，设计开发具有当地特色的文化旅游产品组合，并提出对于文化旅游资源开发的相关建议及对策。通过对吐鲁番地区文化旅游资源调查、评价，并基于层次分析法的理论和SWOT理论指导，深刻的了解到吐鲁番地区拥有的文化旅游资源状况，从而获得对文化旅游资源开发潜力的详细信息，这是一个综合分析与评价文化旅游资源开发模式的探讨，文化旅游资源开发在吐鲁番地区建议理性发展。
[Abstract]:Nowadays , with the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people ' s living standards , people ' s attention is increasing . The sustainable development of tourism industry depends not only on people ' s tourism demand , but also the thinking and exploration of the cultural attraction of tourism resources . During the Twelfth Five - Year Plan period , with the rapid development of the economy and the steady growth of the tourism industry , the development of the tourism industry has made new progress in the development of a new step , product structure and benefit concept ; the overall steady growth of the tourism industry , the expansion of the industrial scale , the further optimization of the industrial structure and the gradual upgrading of the industrial status , the tourism industry has become an important pillar industry and an important economic growth point , and the economic development in the region is based on the third industry leading local economy . Turfan has rich cultural tourism resources , the whole area has a level 5A tourism scenic spot , 4A level scenic spot one , 3A level scenic spot six , the national key cultural relics protection unit has eight . National historical culture name village ( Tuugou Maza Village ) ; the national historical culture name village ( Tuugou Maza village ) , the history culture of Tuoluo area is very long , we should put the rich cultural resource value that can be exploited into the dominant tourism product , this has important practical significance . This paper begins with the definition of cultural tourism resources according to the relevant theories of cultural tourism resources and the important concepts . Secondly , the author analyses the present situation of cultural tourism resources in the area of Tuoluo , and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the development of cultural tourism resources .
