【摘要】：随着工业化和城市化进程的不断加快，自然生态环境每况愈下，人们的生活压力剧增，于是城市居民回归自然、享受绿色的愿望越来越强烈，人们渴望在美丽的乡村环境中、在山水田园之间放松身心，释放压力。休闲旅游农业迎合了人们对绿色对大自然的渴望，因此近年来发展十分迅速。休闲旅游农业是以休闲为目的，以农业为基础，以服务为手段，以城市游客为对象，实现农业和旅游业、第一产业和第三产业相结合的新型产业。目前休闲旅游农业作为一种旅游业和农业交叉的新型产业，受到国内外专家学者的普遍关注，也是当今国内外休闲产业发展的一个新领域，逐渐成为我国居民消费的一个新亮点。同时，，休闲旅游农业也是促进农村经济发展、增加农民收入、改善农村风貌的有效渠道。论文首先对休闲旅游农业的一些基本问题进行了必要的探讨,界定了休闲旅游农业的概念,分析了其发展背景、发展模式的演变，以及发展休闲旅游农业对建设社会主义新农村的积极作用；在理论研究的基础上，本文以青岛市休闲旅游农业发展模式为具体研究对象，描述了目前青岛市在充分利用各种资源优势的基础上，并根据实地走访和资料分析将青岛市休闲旅游农业划分为四种主要发展模式，即休闲观光型、复合经营型、特色资源型、概念拓展型，并对每一种发展模式进行典型案例分析。然后本文运用SWOT分析法对青岛市发展休闲旅游农业的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战进行了分析和总结；阐述了日本、德国、美国、台湾、北京等国家和地区的休闲旅游发展模式，并总结其发展的主要经验及其启示。然后在此基础上提出了青岛市休闲旅游农业发展模式的改进建议，并提出完善信贷与财政政策、发展产业集群、建立标准化政策体系及休闲旅游农业信息平台等一系列具体改进措施。
[Abstract]:With the accelerating process of industrialization and urbanization, the natural ecological environment is getting worse and worse, and people's living pressure is increasing dramatically, so the desire of urban residents to return to nature and enjoy green is becoming stronger and stronger. People are eager to relax their bodies and minds and release pressure in the beautiful rural environment between mountains and rivers. Leisure tourism agriculture caters to people's desire for green nature. Therefore, in recent years, the development of leisure tourism agriculture is to take leisure as the purpose, agriculture as the basis, service as the means, and urban tourists as the object to realize agriculture and tourism. As a new type of industry, leisure tourism agriculture, as a new industry of tourism and agriculture, has been widely concerned by experts and scholars at home and abroad. It is also a new field of leisure industry development at home and abroad, and gradually become a new bright spot of our country's residents' consumption. At the same time, leisure tourism agriculture is also to promote the development of rural economy and increase farmers' income. Effective channels for improving rural landscape. Firstly, the paper discusses some basic problems of leisure tourism agriculture, defines the concept of leisure tourism agriculture, analyzes its development background and evolution of development model. And the positive effect of developing leisure tourism agriculture on the construction of new socialist countryside; On the basis of theoretical research, this paper takes the development model of Qingdao leisure tourism agriculture as the specific research object, describes the current Qingdao in the full use of various resource advantages on the basis of. According to the field visit and data analysis, Qingdao leisure tourism agriculture is divided into four main development models, namely, leisure tourism, compound management, characteristic resources, concept expansion. And carries on the typical case analysis to each kind of development pattern. Then this paper analyzes and summarizes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of leisure tourism agriculture in Qingdao by using SWOT analysis method. The development mode of leisure tourism in Japan, Germany, the United States, Taiwan, Beijing and other countries and regions are expounded. On the basis of this, the author puts forward some suggestions for improving the development mode of leisure tourism agriculture in Qingdao, and puts forward the improvement of credit and fiscal policies and the development of industrial clusters. Establish a standardized policy system and leisure tourism agricultural information platform and a series of specific improvement measures.
