旅游景区空间布局与服务设施规模规划研究

【摘要】：随着旅游业的快速发展,旅游区的合理规划成为当今研究的热点问题。一方面需要对多景点复合型旅游区进行合理的空间布局规划,以便各景点各有特色又相互依存同时制约各景点客流量的集疏,另一方面要对旅游景区服务设施规模进行合理的资源配置,不断提高旅游景区服务设施的运作效率。因此,旅游区的空间布局和服务设施资源配置问题是确保旅游区自身合理规划的关键问题。本文以旅游区的空间布局及服务设施资源配置为研究对象,探索其定量化建模及仿真优化的规划方法。首先,分析了旅游区空间布局问题需要考虑的内容、布局对象、影响因素、规划的依据和原则,并给出典型的旅游区和旅游景区空间布局模式,在此基础之上,我们引进SLP(Systematic Layout Planning)方法对旅游区空间布局规划进行研究,给出基于改进的SLP方法对空间布局设计的一般流程,改进的SLP方法不仅能够从整体上对整个旅游区进行合理的空间布局,以便各景区各有特色又相互依存,而且能够制约各景点客流量的集中与分散。然后,在旅游区空间布局规划的基础上,我们对旅游区内的各个旅游景区进行资源配置及其优化。一方面,根据景区游客活动的不确定性、随机性等特点,详细分析了游客的行为模式以及景区服务设施的服务流程,在此基础上,建立了基于排队论的旅游景区游览系统仿真模型。另一方面,建立了旅游景区服务设施规模规划问题的数学模型,优化目标是旅游景区在满足游客满意度的情况下获得最大利润；在此基础上,运用基于仿真模型与组合优化相结合的仿真优化方法对该优化问题进行求解。最后,结合案例,我们将改进的SLP方法应用于旅游区的空间布局,验证了其布局的整体优势和制约客流的特性,并通过案例分析及敏感性分析验证了仿真优化方法的有效性及其优势所在。本研究从动态角度出发为解决旅游景区空间布局和设施规模优化问题提出了新思路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism industry , the reasonable planning of tourist areas becomes a hot issue in the research . On the one hand , it is necessary to make reasonable space layout plan for multi - scenic spot compound tourist areas , so as to rationally allocate resources of tourist areas and improve the operation efficiency of service facilities in tourist areas . Firstly , the paper analyzes the contents , layout objects , influencing factors , bases and principles of spatial layout of tourist areas , and gives a typical spatial layout pattern of tourist areas and tourist areas . Based on this , we introduce SLP ( SLP Layout Planning ) method to study the spatial layout planning of tourist areas . Based on this , we introduce the SLP ( SLP Layout Planning ) method to carry out the general flow of spatial layout design . The improved SLP method not only can make reasonable space layout for the whole tourist area , but also can restrict the concentration and dispersion of the passenger flow of each scenic spot . On the other hand , according to the uncertainty and randomness of the tourist activities in the scenic spot , the paper analyzes the behavior pattern of the tourist and the service flow of the service facilities in the scenic spot . On the other hand , a mathematical model of the tourism scenic spot tour system is established . On the other hand , the optimization goal is to obtain the maximum profit in the case of satisfying the tourist satisfaction . On the other hand , the optimization problem is solved by using the simulation optimization method based on the combination of simulation model and combination optimization . Finally , combining with the case , we apply the improved SLP method to the spatial layout of the tourist area , verify the overall advantages of the layout and the characteristics of the passenger flow , and verify the effectiveness and the advantages of the simulation optimization method through case analysis and sensitivity analysis .
