【摘要】：古村落是自然景观和人文景观共同组成的特殊文化遗产,在古村落中保留古代的建筑艺术、景观艺术、传统民族风俗等等。北京西部山区也保留有许多这样的古村落。位于京西斋堂西北狭谷中部的爨底下古村,始建于永乐年间,76个古老的四合院建筑体现了该村积淀深厚的历史文化、丰富的民俗活动和珍贵的历史文化价值,逐渐成为远近闻名的历史文化村。随着我国进入休闲度假时代,古村落作为乡村旅游的一种特色,也吸引了越来越多的游客。但是,在古村落旅游开发的过程中也出现了一些问题,例如旅游开发造成环境的破坏、古村落旅游产品商业化严重、古村落利益相关者关系不协调等问题。这些问题都严重制约了古村落旅游资源的可持续发展。本文以爨底下古村作为具体研究对象,通过调查爨底下古村保护与旅游开发现状,分析爨底下古村旅游资源保护与开发中存在的问题,提出爨底下古村旅游资源保护与旅游开发策略,以期对其他古村落资源保护与旅游开发提供借鉴和参考。全文共分为六章:第一章为绪论,简要叙述本文的研究背景和意义,对国内外古村落研究现状、研究内容和研究方法进行了综述;第二章为研究理论的论述,对文中涉及的主要相关概念进行界定,分析古村落的特点和主要分类,并就本文研究过程中所涉及的可持续发展理论、利益相关者理论和旅游体验理论进行阐述;第三章为爨底下古村基本概述,主要论述了爨底下古村自然地理概况、历史沿革、古村布局、建筑特色和爨底下古村研究价值等;第四章以问卷调查的材料为基础对其旅游资源保护与旅游开发现状进行分析:首先对爨底下古村旅游资源进行概述和旅游质量定量评价,其次对古村旅游市场情况进行分析,并分析了旅游资源保护与开发中的优点和存在的问题;第五章提出了爨底下古村旅游资源保护与开发策略,主要提出了爨底下古村旅游开发定位、战略和旅游开发策略;第六章,总结全文,提炼结论并提出本文的创新点、不足以及有待进一步研究的问题。
[Abstract]:Ancient village is a special cultural heritage composed of natural landscape and human landscape. It retains the ancient architectural art and landscape art in the ancient village. Traditional ethnic customs and so on. There are many such ancient villages in the western mountainous area of Beijing. Located in the middle of the narrow valley in the northwest of Jing-xi Ramadan, the ancient village of Cuan Xia was built in Yongle years. The 76 ancient courtyard buildings embody the village's rich historical culture, rich folklore activities and precious historical and cultural values. Along with our country enters the leisure vacation age, the ancient village as a kind of characteristic of the rural tourism, has also attracted more and more tourists. In the process of tourism development in ancient villages, there are also some problems, such as the damage to the environment caused by tourism development, the commercialization of tourism products in ancient villages is serious. These problems have seriously restricted the sustainable development of ancient village tourism resources. This paper takes Cuan Xia ancient village as the specific research object. Through investigating the current situation of Cuan Xia ancient village protection and tourism development, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the protection and development of Cuan Xia ancient village tourism resources, and puts forward the strategies of Cuan Xia ancient village tourism resources protection and tourism development. This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, briefly describing the research background and significance of this paper, and the current situation of the research on ancient villages at home and abroad. The research contents and methods are summarized. The second chapter is the discussion of the research theory, the main related concepts involved in this paper are defined, the characteristics and main classification of ancient villages are analyzed, and the sustainable development theory involved in the research process of this paper is discussed. Stakeholder theory and tourism experience theory; The third chapter is the basic overview of Cuan Xia ancient village, mainly discusses the natural geography of Cuan Xia ancient village, historical evolution, ancient village layout, architectural characteristics and Cuan Xia ancient village research value; Chapter 4th is based on the questionnaire survey materials to analyze the current situation of tourism resources protection and tourism development: first of all, the tourism resources of Cuan Xia ancient village are summarized and the tourism quality is quantitatively evaluated. Secondly, it analyzes the situation of ancient village tourism market, and analyzes the advantages and problems in the protection and development of tourism resources. Chapter 5th puts forward the tourism resources protection and development strategy of Cuan Xia ancient village, mainly puts forward the tourism development orientation, strategy and tourism development strategy of Cuan Xia ancient village; Chapter 6th, summarizes the full text, abstracts the conclusion and puts forward the innovation point, the insufficiency and the question which needs further research.
