中国义乌国际商贸城购物旅游开发研究

【摘要】:中国义乌国际商贸城是义乌建设国际性商贸城市的标志性建筑、小商品市场的现代化延伸,是国际性的小商品流通、信息、展示中心,是中国最大的小商品出口基地之一,2005年被联合国、世界银行与摩根士丹利等权威机构称为“全球最大的小商品批发市场”。本文以中国义乌国际商贸城为购物旅游的核心载体,对中国义乌国际商贸城购物旅游开发进行研究。本研究在分析研究背景的基础上,明确研究的目的及意义,以消费者行为理论、竞争力理论、旅游社会学和人类学理论、可持续发展理论等理论为指导,在辨析旅游购物与购物旅游的概念、内涵及特点的基础上,进一步深刻分析了中国义乌国际商贸城旅游购物与购物旅游发展现状,,结合中国义乌国际商贸城购物旅游的发展现状及特点,本文有针对性地对中国义乌国际商贸城购物旅游者行为展开问卷调查。本调查从购物者的个人情况、购物旅游意向及购物旅游影响因素调查等三个方面、十五个问题入手,以中国义乌国际商贸城核心区域发放问卷,进行广泛深入的调查,在回收的320份有效问卷当中进行问卷结果统计分析,就问卷中反映出来的购物旅游者行为特点,有针对性地在旅游产品开发、客源市场开发、旅游形象定位设计及宣传、旅游企业经营管理、旅游人力资源开发培训、旅游商品开发等方面提出发展对策及建议。并对中国义乌国际商贸城购物旅游开发前景进行了分析,并根据本人所学、能力和认识水平对中国义乌国际商贸城购物旅游的发展趋势进行了预测,以期为中国义乌国际商贸城购物旅游的健康发展、为义乌市旅游经济的腾飞尽一个义乌人的绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:Yiwu International Trade City of China is an iconic building for the construction of an international trade and trade city in Yiwu, an extension of the modernization of the small commodity market, and an international center for the circulation, information and display of small commodities. In 2005, the United Nations, the World Bank, Morgan Stanley and other authoritative organizations called "the world's largest wholesale market for small commodities." this article takes Yiwu International Trade City as the core carrier of shopping and tourism. Based on the analysis of the background, the purpose and significance of the research are clarified, and the theories of consumer behavior, competitiveness, tourism sociology and anthropology are used to study the development of shopping tourism in Yiwu International Trade City, China. Under the guidance of the theory of sustainable development and on the basis of discriminating the concept, connotation and characteristics of tourism shopping and shopping tourism, this paper further analyzes the present situation of tourism shopping and shopping tourism development in Yiwu International Trade City, China. Combined with the current situation and characteristics of shopping and tourism development in Yiwu International Trade City, this paper makes a questionnaire survey on the behavior of shopping tourists in Yiwu International Trade City, China. From the three aspects of the investigation of shopping tourism intention and the influencing factors of shopping tourism, starting with the 15 questions, this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth investigation by issuing questionnaires to the core area of Yiwu International Trade and Trade City, China. Among the 320 valid questionnaires collected, the questionnaire results were statistically analyzed. According to the behavior characteristics of shopping tourists reflected in the questionnaire, they were targeted in tourism product development, tourist market development, tourism image positioning design and publicity. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the management of tourism enterprises, the development and training of tourism human resources, and the development of tourism commodities. The prospect of shopping tourism development in Yiwu International Trade City of China is analyzed, and according to what I have learned, The development trend of shopping and tourism in Yiwu International Trade City of China is forecasted by the ability and understanding level, in order to contribute to the healthy development of shopping tourism in Yiwu International Trade City of China and to the development of tourism economy in Yiwu City.
