高职旅游会展专业学生就业平台立体化建构策略

【摘要】：会展教育和会展业出现高度"供需错位",会展专业毕业生"就业难"问题突出。这迫切要求高职旅游会展专业院校改革创新就业体系,搭建有效的就业平台,促进优质就业。进一步明确高职会展专业学生的就业方向与培养目标,在分析高职会展专业学生的就业现状与问题所在的基础上,提出高职会展专业就业工作,要与需求对接、与企业合作、与实践结合,搭建整合学校与企业、教学与学工、国内与国际资源的立体化平台,实现会展专业学生、会展教育院校、会展产业的和谐互动发展。
[Abstract]:There is a high degree of "mismatch between supply and demand" in the exhibition education and exhibition industry, and the problem of "difficult employment" for graduates of exhibition and exhibition majors is prominent. This urgently requires higher vocational colleges and universities to reform and innovate the employment system and build an effective employment platform. To promote high quality employment, to further clarify the employment direction and training goal of higher vocational exhibition students, on the basis of analyzing the present employment situation and problems of the students majoring in convention and exhibition in higher vocational colleges, it is proposed that the employment work of exhibition major in higher vocational colleges should be connected with the demand. Cooperate with enterprises, combine with practice, set up the three-dimensional platform of integrating schools and enterprises, teaching and learning workers, domestic and international resources, and realize the harmonious and interactive development of exhibition students, colleges and universities of mice and exhibition education, and exhibition industry.
