“一带一路”倡议背景下跨境旅游合作区建设的思考

【摘要】：正2014年,我国正式实施"一带一路"倡议。2015年,《国务院关于支持沿边重点地区开发开放若干政策措施的意见》出台,明确提出"支持满洲里、绥芬河、二连浩特、黑河、延边、丹东、西双版纳、瑞丽、东兴、崇左、阿勒泰等有条件的地区研究设立跨境旅游合作区"。作为"一带一路"的前沿地区,我国沿边地区建设跨境旅游合作区意义重大,但同时也有一些制约因素,需要进一步加大政策创新力度。
[Abstract]:On 2014, China formally implemented the "Belt and Road" initiative. On 2015, the State Council's opinions on supporting the Development and opening up of key areas along the Border came into being, with a clear proposal to "support Manzhouli, Suifenhe, Erlianhaote, Heihe and Yanbian". Dandong, Xishuangbanna, Ruili, Dongxing, Chongzuo, Altay and other qualified regions are studying the establishment of cross-border tourism cooperation zones. "as the frontier areas of" Belt and Road, "it is of great significance to build cross-border tourism cooperation zones along the border areas in China. But at the same time, there are also some constraints, need to further strengthen policy innovation.
