基于居民感知的恩施旅游可持续发展研究

【摘要】：生态游现在是当今经济发展最新事物,由于地球环境日益严峻,人们的环保意识逐渐增强,绿色环保的经济发展是目前人们共同追求的目标,所以可持续旅游的发展就引起越来越多的人关注,但是目前国内存在的情况是有关可持续的发展研究与实践没有很多。恩施地区是湖北省鄂西生态游发展的枢纽,建立合适的生态可持续发展的指标,对于恩施地区在规范旅游发展,促进生态旅游可持续利用方面都有很重要的探索和实践意义。本文分为七个部分,前几部分主要阐述了生态旅游可持续发展的背景和意义,通过对国内外文献的大量查阅,总结了恩施州目前生态可持续发展的情况,根据其目前所出现的问题制定了相应的解决办法。本文总结了生态旅游和可持续发展指标体系的研究进展,基于“环境、社会、经济、政策”方面,将这四个维度合并成一个单一的框架,提出了恩施州生态旅游可持续发展体系。对这四个方面进行分层,经济可持续发展设下五个要素层:促进经济、增加就业、增加收入、改善生活质量、吸引投资。社会可持续发展设下四个要素层:感到自豪、喜爱家乡、提高知名度和加大基础设施建设。环境可持续发展设三个要素层:环境卫生改善、环保教育投入增多和景点保护力度增强。政策可持续发展设三个要素层:政府积极度、出台政策速度和政府主导。通过问卷调查对这15个问题进行打分。根据数据的分析结果,笔者对恩施州的生态旅游可持续发展情况进行了评估,经济的可持续得分最高,其次是社会的可持续的,低于前两项的分别是环境和政策可持续。最后总体分析得出恩施州生态旅游基本处于可持续发展阶段。针对其比较劣势的指标,针对性的给出了今后改进发展的的对策建议。最后,根据恩施州发展生态旅游过程中出现的阻力因素,对其进行分析,在最后制定出详尽的发展方案。
[Abstract]:Ecological tourism is now the most new things in today's economic development, due to the earth's environment is becoming increasingly serious, people's environmental consciousness strengthens gradually, green economic development is the common pursuit of the people, so the development of sustainable tourism is attracting more and more attention, but the present domestic situation is related to the sustainable development and research not a lot of practice. The Enshi area is the Hubei province of Western Hubei ecological tourism hub, the establishment of ecological sustainable development of appropriate indicators, for the Enshi region in the standardization of tourism development, has very important significance to promote the exploration and practice of ecological tourism sustainable utilization. This paper is divided into seven parts, the part mainly elaborated the background and significance of the sustainable development of eco-tourism, through a lot of literature at home and abroad, summarizes the present situation of ecological sustainable development according to En Shizhou. The current problems of making the corresponding solutions. This paper summarizes the research progress of the index system of ecological tourism and sustainable development, based on environment, society, economy, policy, the four dimensions are combined into a single framework, put forward the system of sustainable development of ecological tourism in Enshi prefecture were stratified. On these four aspects of economic sustainable development with five elements: layer promotes the economy, increase employment, increase income, improve the quality of life, to attract investment. The sustainable development of the society with four elements: layer proud, love their home, raise awareness and increase infrastructure construction. Sustainable development of three elements layer: sanitation improvement, environmental protection and education investment increased efforts to enhance the protection of scenic spots. The policy of sustainable development of three elements: the government layer positive degree, the policy rate and the government led. Through questionnaire The survey points on these 15 issues. According to the results of data analysis, the author of Enshi's sustainable development of ecological tourism were assessed, the highest score of sustainable economy, followed by social sustainable, less than two are environmental and sustainable policy. Finally, overall analysis of ecological tourism in Enshi Prefecture in the sustainable development stage. In view of the disadvantages of the index, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for future improvement. Finally, according to the resistance factors appear the development of eco-tourism in Enshi, analyze its line, finally make the development plan in detail.
