榆林旅游资源开发战略研究

【摘要】：榆林,国家历史文化名城,有丰富的旅游资源的同时还蕴藏着丰富的能源矿产资源,被誉为“中国科威特”,是我国中西部资源型城市的代表。近年来,随着能源矿产的开发,榆林的经济迅速发展,能源开采与能源化工业进入全盛时期,城市逐渐发展成为了以能源化工产业为主导的单一的发展模式,忽视了旅游资源的开发。然而能源资源是一种不可再生资源,如何避免能源枯竭走上其他资源型城市产业转型的老路,处理好旅游资源和能源资源开发的关系就显得格外重要。榆林更应该提早为城市发展以及资源开发探寻新的出路。本文通过对旅游资源开发战略的理论研究,在充分了解榆林旅游资源开发现状的基础上,研究国内外与榆林同类型城市旅游资源开发模式的成功案例,总结他们的经验教训,为榆林的旅游资源开发寻求一条低碳的、可持续的、能源与旅游资源开发相互协调、双重发展的战略途径,对榆林的旅游业发展的战略走向和选择具有一定的指导和实践意义。
[Abstract]:Yulin, a famous historical and cultural city of China, is rich in tourism resources and rich in energy and mineral resources. It is known as "Kuwait of China" and is the representative of resource-based cities in the central and western regions of China. In recent years, with the development of energy and mineral resources, With the rapid development of Yulin's economy, the energy exploitation and energy chemical industry entered its heyday, and the city gradually developed into a single development mode dominated by the energy and chemical industry. However, energy resources are a kind of non-renewable resources. How to avoid energy depletion and take the old road of industrial transformation in other resource-based cities, It is particularly important to deal with the relationship between tourism resources and energy resources development. Yulin should find a new way out for urban development and resource development. Based on the theoretical study of tourism resources development strategy, and on the basis of fully understanding the present situation of tourism resources development in Yulin, this paper studies the successful cases of tourism resources development models in the same type of cities at home and abroad and summarizes their experiences and lessons. To seek a low carbon, sustainable, coordinated and dual development strategic approach for the development of tourism resources in Yulin has certain guiding and practical significance for the strategic direction and choice of tourism development in Yulin.
