河北省内丘县乡村旅游发展现状分析与战略规划

【摘要】：乡村旅游已经成为社会的一种相当重要的发展方式，发展乡村旅游对国内外来说都是一个热点问题，对现代社会发展有着巨大的经济意义和价值。我国在乡村旅游发展上的理论研究与实践存在一定程度上的脱节，在相关理论层面上，我国乡村旅游发展的研究明显不足，形成不了完整的理论体系；实践层面上更是因缺乏理论体系的指导而发展迟缓。为了改善这一状况，本文以河北省内丘县的乡村旅游发展情况为例，在对其旅游的发展现状深入了解的基础上，对内丘县乡村旅游市场的现状和存在问题进行深入剖析，着重分析内丘县发展乡村旅游的优势、劣势、机遇及挑战，由浅入深地进行分析和评价，以加强环境保护、注重遗产保护、保证持续发展、促进经济繁荣、加强城乡统筹发展为原则，依据国家法律法规及相关政策作指导，依靠文献资料，坚持入户访谈，做好资料收集、整理，及时同周边地区乡村旅游开发的发展模式进行比较。在此基础上，提出3H旅游发展思路，，即健康、快乐及深度体验。深度体验是内丘县乡村旅游营造人气的必经途径，快乐是内丘县乡村旅游带给游客的难忘经历，健康则是游客在内丘县乡村旅游获得的丰硕成果。将内丘县乡村旅游产品进行定位，构建“一城三区”的旅游格局，发展文化体系为重点的战略布局，确保科学性、现实性及可操作性为前提，探索适合内丘县乡村旅游发展的合理模式。为进一步促进内丘县乡村旅游相关产业链的协调发展做出理论指导，为决策部门提供决策依据，加快实现内丘县产业联动，力求更加有力地推进新农村精神文明的建设。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism has become a very important way of social development. The development of rural tourism is a hot issue at home and abroad. It is of great economic significance and value to the development of modern society. There is a certain degree of disconnection between theoretical research and practice in the development of rural tourism in China, and the research on the development of rural tourism in China is obviously insufficient at the related theoretical level. In order to improve this situation, this paper takes the development of rural tourism in Neiqiu County in Hebei Province as an example. On the basis of a deep understanding of the present situation of tourism development, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of rural tourism market in Necu County, focusing on the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of developing rural tourism in Nechua County. In order to strengthen environmental protection, pay attention to heritage protection, ensure sustainable development, promote economic prosperity, and strengthen the overall development of urban and rural areas as the principle of strengthening the overall development of urban and rural areas, and in accordance with national laws and regulations and related policies, Relying on the literature, insisting on the interview, collecting and arranging the data, and comparing with the development mode of rural tourism development in the surrounding area in time. On this basis, the paper puts forward 3H tourism development thinking, that is, health, happiness and deep experience. Deep experience is the necessary way to create the popularity of rural tourism in Necu County, and happiness is the unforgettable experience brought to tourists by rural tourism in Nechua County. Health is a fruitful achievement for tourists in rural tourism in Necu County. Positioning rural tourism products in Necu County, constructing the tourism pattern of "one city and three districts", developing the strategic layout of cultural system as the focus, ensuring the scientific nature. On the premise of reality and maneuverability, this paper explores a reasonable model suitable for the development of rural tourism in Necu County. It provides theoretical guidance for further promoting the coordinated development of rural tourism related industry chain in Necu County, and provides the decision-making basis for the decision-making departments. Speed up the realization of industrial linkage in Necu County, and strive to promote the construction of spiritual civilization in the new countryside.
