有机硅溶胶-凝胶法饱水木质文物脱水定型加固研究

【摘要】:大多数饱水木质文物被发掘时已经发生了严重的降解,在干燥前若不经过适当的脱水加固处理,将发生严重的变形甚至损毁。在本工作中,基于有机硅氧烷温和的处理条件、良好的渗透性、优异的耐候性和力学性能,我们选用有机硅氧烷通过溶胶-凝胶法对来自东海沉船的饱水古木进行了脱水加固处理,并对有机硅氧烷脱水加固样品进行了扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线能谱(EDS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和差热-热重(DSC-TG)表征以评估脱水加固效果和研究脱水加固机理。结果显示有机硅氧烷处理饱水古木能很好地保持古木的外形,收缩率小于6.50%。有机硅氧烷加固样品的抗压强度和弹性模量分别提高了3983%和1939%,热分解温度从364.8℃升高到507.7℃。有机硅氧烷能很好地渗透到饱水古木的中心部分,细胞壁的加固程度和细胞腔的填充程度和处理时间紧密相关。有机硅氧烷加固样品的力学强度随增重率的增加而增强,而增重率则可能与有机硅氧烷的缩合速率有关。
[Abstract]:Most water-saturated wooden relics have been seriously degraded by the time they were excavated, and serious deformation or even damage will occur without proper dehydration and reinforcement before drying. In this work, due to the mild treatment conditions of organosiloxane, With good permeability, excellent weather resistance and mechanical properties, we used organosiloxane to dewatering and strengthening the saturated ancient wood from the sinking ship in the East China Sea by sol-gel method. The dewatering and strengthening samples of organosiloxane were characterized by SEM, FTIR and DSC-TG to evaluate the effect of dehydration reinforcement and to study the mechanism of dehydration reinforcement. Silane treatment of saturated ancient wood can very well maintain the shape of the ancient wood, The compressive strength and elastic modulus of the samples strengthened with organosiloxane were increased by 3983% and 19399.The thermal decomposition temperature was increased from 364.8 鈩,
