新疆麦盖提县刀郎文化保护传承研究

【摘要】：刀郎文化是我国优秀文化的重要组成部分,探讨刀郎文化保护传承现状、保护传承认知和保护传承效果评价对保护传承和弘扬刀郎文化具有示范作用,为促进麦盖提县刀郎文化旅游业发展、打造刀郎文化品牌,提升地方影响力和知名度,推动社会经济发展起到了积极作用,为促进当地民族团结和社会和谐稳定奠定了基础。本研究以利益相关者理论、认知理论为理论基础,通过问卷调查法、定量与定向相结合,层次分析法,以麦盖提县居民和游客为主要调查对象,研究麦盖提县刀郎文化保护传承。研究方法主要包括:(1)采用实地调查走访的方法,分析麦盖提县刀郎文化保护传承现状;(2)采用问卷调查,并运用定性与定量相结合的方法,研究麦盖提县当地居民和游客对刀郎文化保护传承的认知;(3)采用层次分析法,建立刀郎文化保护传承效果评价体系。本研究主要发现了:第一,麦盖提县成立了刀郎文化传承机构、刀郎文化宣传力度得到明显加强、刀郎文化传承者保护与传承人培养取得一定成效,刀郎文化对外影响力不断扩大,刀郎文化保护传承资金投入增大,刀郎文化氛围明显改善;刀郎文化保护传承起到了很好的效果,但也存在保护传承认知度不高、传承者新生力量缺乏、保护传承受现代文化影响较大等问题。第二,对当地居民而言,年龄越高的当地居民认知度较高,旅游景点、政府及企事业单位工作人员对刀郎文化保护传承认知度很高,然而除县城和各乡镇居民外,距离城区较远的农牧团场居民对刀郎文化认知度相对较低;对游客而言,疆内城市、麦盖提县周边城市等高学历游客,尤其是维吾尔族游客对刀郎文化的认知度较高,汉族和入境游客对刀郎文化内涵缺乏必要了解,认知度不高。第三,首先对刀郎文化的总权重和位次进行排序,表明麦盖提县政府部门及相关机构的支持力度在保护传承中发挥了关键作用;其次通过建立刀郎文化保护传承效果评价体系,模型整体得分为71.662分,低于80分,表明刀郎文化保护传承效果一般,仍有待进一步加强;最后通过评价分析发现,当地政府部门对刀郎文化保护传承力度很大,采取了多种措施,保护传承效果有了很大提高,但仍存在一些困境:当地居民、游客和旅游企业对刀郎文化认知度不高、刀郎文化传承者新生力量匮乏。提升刀郎文化保护传承的对策建议:(1)提升刀郎文化创新力;(2)正确处理刀郎文化的民族性与多样性;(3)打造刀郎文化品牌影响力;(4)重视刀郎文化民间传承的选拔与培养;(5)建立刀郎文化生态保护区。
[Abstract]:The culture of Dao Lang is an important part of the excellent culture of our country. This paper probes into the present situation of protecting and inheriting the culture of Dao Lang, and the cognition of protecting the inheritance and the evaluation of the effect of protecting the inheritance have the demonstration function to protect and carry forward the culture of Dao Lang. It has played a positive role in promoting the development of the cultural tourism industry of Tailang in Megeti County, building the cultural brand of the Dao Lang culture, enhancing the local influence and popularity, and promoting the social and economic development. This study is based on stakeholder theory, cognitive theory, questionnaire survey, quantitative analysis and orientation analysis. Taking the residents and tourists of Maigeti County as the main objects of investigation, this paper studies the cultural protection and heritage of Tailang in Maigeti County. The research methods mainly include: 1) using the method of field investigation and visiting. This paper analyzes the present situation of the cultural protection and inheritance of Tailang in Maigeti County by questionnaire investigation, and by using the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis, studies the cognition of local residents and tourists on the cultural protection and inheritance of Dao Lang in Maigeti County by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The main findings of this study are as follows: first, the Mageti County has set up the organization of cultural heritage of Dao Lang, and the propaganda of the culture of Dao Lang has been obviously strengthened. Some achievements have been made in the protection and cultivation of the inheritors of the Dao Lang culture. The external influence of the culture of Dao Lang has been continuously expanded, the investment of funds for the protection and inheritance of the culture has been increased, and the atmosphere of the culture of the Dao Lang has been obviously improved. Dao Lang's cultural heritage has played a very good role, but there are also problems such as low awareness of protection, lack of the new forces of the inheritors, and the greater influence of modern culture on the protection of the heritage. Second, for the local residents, The older the local residents are, the higher their awareness is. The tourist attractions, the government and the staff of enterprises and institutions have a high level of awareness of the cultural heritage of Dao Lang. However, except for the residents of the county towns and the villages and towns, The residents of farming and pastoral farms far away from the urban areas have a relatively low level of understanding of the Dao Lang culture. For tourists, tourists with higher education, such as the cities in Xinjiang and the surrounding cities in Maigaiti County, especially the Uygur tourists, have a higher degree of recognition of the Dao Lang culture. The Han nationality and the inbound tourists lack the necessary understanding of the connotation of the Dao Lang culture, and the degree of recognition is not high. Third, the total weight and rank of the Dao Lang culture are ranked first. The results show that the support of the government departments and related institutions in Maigeti County plays a key role in the protection and inheritance. Secondly, through the establishment of the evaluation system of the cultural heritage of Dao Lang, the overall score of the model is 71.662 points, which is less than 80 points. Finally, through evaluation and analysis, it is found that the local government departments have taken a lot of measures to protect and inherit the culture of Dao Lang, and the effect of heritage protection has been greatly improved. But there are still some dilemmas: local residents, tourists and tourism companies do not have a high level of awareness of the culture. The countermeasures to promote the cultural heritage of Dao Lang are: 1) to enhance the creativity of the culture of Dao Lang (2) to correctly handle the nationality and diversity of the culture of Dao Lang, and 3) to build the influence of the brand of Dao Lang culture. The selection and cultivation of the folk heritage of Dao Lang culture and the establishment of the culture ecological protection area of Dao Lang.
