城镇化视角下景郊型乡村旅游地发展模式研究

【摘要】：城镇化是农村人口、社会生产力不断向城镇转移或者集中的过程，也是人类社会发展到一定阶段的产物。十八大报告中提出以城镇化、工业化、农业现代化及信息化为载体，全面推进小康社会的建设。新型城镇化强调人口的城镇化，它的快速发展，可为中国经济增长与社会进步提供强大的驱动力。旅游业作为劳动密集型产业，其产业关联带动性强，在促进乡村经济增长、带动农村劳动力就业方面具有重大优势，将成为新型城镇化的重要战略选择。随着城镇化的推进，乡村旅游业获得进一步发展的历史机遇。乡村旅游业的持续繁荣，将加速当地的城镇化进程，二者之间相互依存、相互促进的关系也将日趋紧密。本文从城镇化视角入手，以城镇化理论、可持续发展理论、旅游经济理论、社区旅游理论为支撑，探讨景郊型乡村旅游地的发展模式。基于实地考察，文献查阅等方法，对景郊型乡村旅游地发展现状、影响因素、经营模式与城镇化之间的互动机制进行分析。根据乡村旅游地与景区的依托关系，将其划分为资源紧密型与服务紧密型两类，二者遵循不同的发展模式，并以福建省武夷山下梅村、永定县新街村进行案例研究。通过研究得出：针对资源紧密型乡村旅游地宜选用“异地城镇化”发展模式，服务紧密型乡村旅游地宜选用“就地城镇化”发展模式。本文通过对依托武夷山风景区的下梅村和依托洪坑土楼景区的新街村进行案例研究，具体分析资源紧密型乡村旅游地和服务紧密型乡村旅游地的特点，，从不同的发展模式，分别对这两个乡村旅游地从旅游产品开发、服务设施建设、人才引进等方面进行详细阐述。以期为同类区域新型城镇化与旅游目的地发展提供一定的指导、参考意义。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is a process in which rural population, social productive forces are constantly transferred or concentrated into cities and towns, and it is also the product of the development of human society to a certain stage. The 18 report proposes that urbanization, industrialization, agricultural modernization and information should be used as carriers. The new urbanization emphasizes the urbanization of the population, and its rapid development can provide a powerful driving force for China's economic growth and social progress. Tourism as a labor-intensive industry, It has great advantages in promoting rural economic growth and promoting the employment of rural labor force, and will become an important strategic choice for new urbanization. With the development of urbanization, rural tourism has got a historical opportunity for further development. The sustained prosperity of rural tourism will accelerate the process of local urbanization, and the two are interdependent. From the perspective of urbanization, this paper is supported by urbanization theory, sustainable development theory, tourism economy theory and community tourism theory. This paper discusses the development mode of Jingjiao rural tourist destination. Based on the methods of field investigation and literature review, the paper analyzes the present situation and influencing factors of the development of Jingjiao rural tourism destination. The interactive mechanism between management mode and urbanization is analyzed. According to the dependence relationship between rural tourist destination and scenic spot, it is divided into two types: resource tight type and service tight type, and they follow different development models. And take Fujian Province Wuyishan Xiamei Village, Yongding County Xinjie Village to carry on the case study. Through the research, it is concluded that the development mode of "urbanization in different places" should be chosen for the rural tourism places with tight resources. The development mode of "local urbanization" should be chosen for the close service rural tourist destination. This paper makes a case study on Xiamei Village, which relies on Wuyi Mountain Scenic spot, and Xinjie Village, which relies on Hongkeng Tulou Scenic area. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the resource-tight rural tourist destination and the service-intensive rural tourism destination, and from different development models, respectively, the two rural tourist destinations are developed from the tourism products and service facilities. The introduction of talents and other aspects are described in detail in order to provide some guidance and reference for the development of new urbanization and tourism destination in the same region.
