桂林市Z企业智慧旅游服务模式的构建问题

【摘要】:旅游业作为国民经济中的重要产业之一,不但资源消耗较低,带动经济系数较大,而且能够创造更多的就业机会,是可以产生较高综合效益的战略性产业,称得上是现代服务业的龙头。在信息化的背景下,旅游者的旅游方式产生了不小的变化,由过去的追求数量型旅游转变为追求质量型旅游。同上,对于如何获取旅游资讯、怎样选择旅游产品、如何购买旅游产品、旅游途中的相关服务、以及如何分享旅游经历等方面都产生了更加多样化和个性化的服务需求和体验需求,旅游业势必向着知识密集型、高科技含量的生产方式转变。旅游业与互联网技术相结合的智慧旅游模式将深度影响旅游业态发展。 桂林市是中国首批优秀旅游城市,是国内外游客首选的重要旅游目的地之一,其旅游发展规模、社会经济发展程度、信息化和电子商务等基础完善,具备综合条件来发展智慧旅游,将传统旅游业改造为现代服务业,成为面向东盟、面向国际提供旅游公共服务的整体平台,从而实现桂林旅游业的综合发展的基础条件。 z企业作为一家桂林旅游龙头企业,拥有旅行社、旅游景区、旅游土特名优产品购物店、酒店等众多旅游资源,是一家多元化旅游综合营运企业。目前正处在传统企业转型升级为现代服务业企业的重要转型期。目前企业已经重点建设了旅游门户网站、旅游电子商务平台、旅游票务验证系统、微信和手机APP资讯系统。 本文基于桂林市Z企业在构建智慧旅游服务模式过程中面临的问题,从建设范围与建设目标,建设思路与总体方案等方面对Z企业智慧旅游服务体系构建进行分析,提出具体的项目建设方案和服务模式。通过分析可以看出,Z企业构建智慧旅游服务模式恰遇时机、切实可行。在信息化的建设和应用中,即不断提升和发展了企业本身,使其经营业绩不断上升,还对对桂林乃至广西,甚至全国旅游业具有重要的引领作用。智慧旅游发展涉及到政策、技术、社会环境、经济环境的影响,需要全社会营造更好的环境。信息技术产业与传统旅游服务业的产业融合势在必行、但可提升的空间很大,智慧旅游产业发展还有很长的路要走。
[Abstract]:As one of the important industries in the national economy, tourism is not only a strategic industry with relatively low consumption of resources and a large economic coefficient, but also can create more employment opportunities. It is a strategic industry that can produce higher comprehensive benefits. Under the background of information technology, tourist tourism has changed greatly, from the pursuit of quantity tourism to the pursuit of quality tourism. As for how to obtain tourism information, How to choose tourism products, how to purchase tourism products, how to share tourism experience, and how to share tourism experience have resulted in more diversified and personalized demand for service and experience. Tourism is bound to change to a knowledge-intensive, high-tech mode of production, and the intelligent tourism mode combined with Internet technology will have a profound impact on the development of tourism industry. Guilin is one of the first batch of excellent tourist cities in China and one of the most important tourist destinations for domestic and foreign tourists. Its tourism development scale, social and economic development level, information technology and electronic commerce are well established. It has comprehensive conditions to develop intelligent tourism, transform traditional tourism into modern service industry, and become the whole platform for providing tourism public service for ASEAN and international, so as to realize the comprehensive development of tourism in Guilin. Z as a leading tourism enterprise in Guilin, it has many tourist resources, such as travel agencies, tourist attractions, shopping shops, hotels and so on. Is a diversified tourism comprehensive operating enterprise. At present, it is in the important transition period of transforming traditional enterprises into modern service enterprises. At present, the enterprises have focused on the construction of tourism portals, tourism e-commerce platforms, Travel ticketing verification system, WeChat and mobile APP information system. Based on the problems faced by the Z enterprise in the process of constructing the intelligent tourism service model in Guilin, this paper analyzes the construction of the intelligent tourism service system of the Z enterprise from the aspects of construction scope and construction objectives, construction ideas and overall plan. The concrete project construction plan and service mode are put forward. Through the analysis, it can be seen that the construction of intelligent tourism service mode in enterprises meets the right opportunity and is feasible. In the construction and application of information technology, the enterprise itself has been continuously promoted and developed. It also plays an important role in guiding the tourism industry in Guilin and even in Guangxi and even in the whole country. The development of intelligent tourism involves the influence of policies, technology, social environment, and economic environment. The integration of information technology industry and traditional tourism service industry is imperative, but there is great room for improvement, and there is still a long way to go for the development of intelligent tourism industry.
