L安防公司实施景区数字化管理系统质量问题研究

【摘要】:目前全国约有各类风景名胜区约11,000余家,其中既有世界级的文化遗产,又有为数众多的5A级、4A级风景名胜区,随着旅游市场的蓬勃发展,在刚刚过去的2013年,全部累计出游人数达33亿人次,全年旅游总收入已达2.92万亿元人民币。随着旅游市场的快速发展,,受景区容纳能力的限制和传统依靠人力管理的制约,九寨沟景区、北京故宫、华山等景区都出现了旅客滞留而引发的群体事件,值得我们引起高度重视。在新的旅游形势下,如何借助现代管理和信息化手段,在文化遗产保护、旅游管理、行政管理和开发利用方面采取新的对策,从而提升景区的旅游服务质量和整体管理水平,为景区创造更大的生态经济效益和社会综合效益,实现跨越式发展。而实施景区数字化工程正是提升文化遗产保护、旅游管理、行政管理和开发利用的重要举措和手段。景区数字化建设,就是利用先进的通信工程技术、电子遥感技术、计算机技术、网络传输技术等,来实现地理、游客、电子商务等综合信息的采集、传输、存储和处理,在统一数据平台和信息应用平台上,开展数字景区、环境保护、安防监控、游客分流等多种应用,实现信息数字化、管理网络化和服务智能化。 本文通过分析L安防公司公司实施景区数字化管理项目实际工作中在质量管理方面存在的相关不足和可改进之处,分析历史数据和实际案例,利用鱼骨图识别出导致这些问题发生的各种因素,通过对各种因素的综合分析,结合L安防公司的企业实际情况制定了相应的解决措施。 本文的研究具体步骤: 1、整理分析景区数字化管理项目实际遇到的各种质量问题的集中表现,分别是:现场施工质量不稳定、电子设备故障率高、系统功能不够完善、项目服务不到位、项目文件错误缺失和不规范管理等五个方面。 2、利用鱼骨图方法,将质量管理问题产生的原因划分为人员技能与素质因素、产品与技术因素、管理体制因素、组织与实施因素、成本制约因素、外部环境因素六大类; 3、利用分析总结方法,对上面识别出的这六类因素进行分析,从企业整体运营的角度,对这六类因素导致的L安防公司景区数字化管理项目质量问题整理出改进思路,提出相应的对策和建议。 本文所提出的景区数字化管理项目质量管理措施,对L安防公司的项目质量管理具有较强的实用价值,同时对行业内有类似项目质量问题的中小企业项目质量管理提升有所借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:At present, there are about 11,000 scenic spots of all kinds in the country. In the aspect of administration and development and utilization, new countermeasures should be taken to improve the tourism service quality and the overall management level of the scenic spots, and to create greater ecological and economic benefits and comprehensive social benefits for the scenic spots. Realizing leapfrog development. And the implementation of digital scenic area project is an important measure and means to promote cultural heritage protection, tourism management, administrative management and development and utilization. The digital construction of scenic spot is the use of advanced communication engineering technology. Electronic remote sensing technology, computer technology, network transmission technology, etc., to realize the collection, transmission, storage and processing of comprehensive information, such as geography, tourists, electronic commerce, etc., and to develop digital scenic spots on the unified data platform and information application platform. Environmental protection, security monitoring, tourist diversion and other applications to achieve information digitization, management networking and intelligent services. In this paper, through the analysis of the deficiency and improvement of quality management in the implementation of digital management project of scenic spot in L Security Company, the historical data and actual cases are analyzed. By using the fish bone map to identify the various factors that lead to these problems, through the comprehensive analysis of various factors, combined with the actual situation of L security company to formulate the corresponding solutions. The specific steps of this study are as follows:. 1. The concentrated performance of all kinds of quality problems encountered in the digital management project of scenic spot are summarized and analyzed. They are: unstable construction quality, high failure rate of electronic equipment, imperfect system function, inadequate project service, etc. Project file error missing and non-standard management and other five aspects. 2. By using fish bone chart, the causes of quality management problems are divided into six categories: personnel skill and quality factor, product and technology factor, management system factor, organization and implementation factor, cost restriction factor and external environment factor; 3. By using the method of analysis and summary, the six kinds of factors identified above are analyzed, and from the angle of the whole operation of the enterprise, the improvement ideas are put forward for the quality problems of the digital management project of the scenic spot caused by these six kinds of factors. Put forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion. The project quality management measures proposed in this paper are of great practical value to the project quality management of L Security Company. At the same time, there are similar project quality issues in the industry small and medium-sized enterprises project quality management and reference.
