山东省旅游产业结构水平与城市发展水平耦合效应研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来，随着旅游产业迅速发展，，旅游产业的产业地位不断上升，在快速发展和规模扩张的同时，旅游产业结构调整与优化逐渐引起学术界关注。作为重要旅游目的地载体，城市发展对旅游产业结构水平的提高起到了关键作用；旅游产业结构水平的提高反过来又会促进城市发展水平的提高。本文运用旅游学、城市学、经济学及管理学等相关理论与方法，以山东省17城市为基本研究对象，尝试构建了旅游产业结构水平和城市发展水平指标体系，进一步系统分析了二者耦合发展机制及主要影响因素，并提出相应对策建议。本文的研究内容主要体现在以下几个方面：（1）随着山东省旅游产业规模扩大，旅游资源依赖型强、各部门要素投入不合理、高需求弹性部门收入低、结构效益低的产业结构性问题突出；城市化水平在一定程度上表征了城市的发展，但产业结构不合理、社会发展畸形、生态环境质量差阻碍了城市综合发展水平的提高。基于以上现状，从合理化、高度化及效益水平构建旅游产业结构水平指标体系，从经济发展、社会建设、生态环境优化构建城市发展水平指标体系，保证了研究结果的正确性与客观性。（2）根据构建的指标体系，以2001～2011为研究期，采用加权平均法，测算出17城市旅游产业结构水平与城市发展水平综合指数，并运用SPSS软件分析二者的线性相关性。基于综合指数，运用耦合度及耦合协调度模型，从时序与空间二维角度对二者的耦合协调度进行系统分析；选择灰色关联度模型，测算二者耦合效应的影响因素，即城市社会发展是影响旅游产业结构水平的主要因素，而旅游产业结构合理化是城市发展水平的最主要反馈因素。（3）参照旅游产业结构水平、城市发展水平综合指数及耦合协调度数值，结合山东省各城市资源、交通区位、社会经济状况、城市发展政策等实际状况，本文将山东省17城市分为3种耦合模式：以旅游产业结构水平为主动力的耦合模式，以城市发展水平为主动力的耦合模式，以二者联合作用为主动力的耦合模式。为加强二者耦合协调发展，从加强高度化对城市促进、提高城市经济发展对旅游产业结构水平影响、促进二者耦合协调发展提出了相应对策建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of the tourism industry, the industrial status of the tourism industry has been rising, while the rapid development and expansion of the scale at the same time, As an important carrier of tourism destination, urban development plays a key role in improving the level of tourism industry structure. In turn, the level of tourism industry structure will improve the level of urban development. Based on the theories and methods of tourism, urbanology, economics and management, this paper tries to construct the index system of tourism industry structure level and city development level, taking 17 cities of Shandong Province as the basic research object. Further, the paper systematically analyzes the mechanism of coupling development and main influencing factors, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The research contents of this paper are mainly reflected in the following aspects:. 1) with the expansion of tourism industry scale in Shandong Province, the industrial structural problems such as strong dependence on tourism resources, unreasonable input of various sector elements, low income of high demand elastic sector and low structural efficiency are prominent. The level of urbanization represents the development of the city to a certain extent, but the unreasonable industrial structure, the malformation of social development and the poor quality of the ecological environment hinder the improvement of the comprehensive development level of the city. In order to ensure the correctness and objectivity of the research results, the index system of tourism industry structure level is constructed in high level and benefit level, and the index system of urban development level is constructed from the aspects of economic development, social construction and ecological environment optimization. (2) according to the index system, taking 2001 ~ 2011 as the research period, using weighted average method, the comprehensive index of tourism industry structure level and urban development level in 17 cities is calculated, and the linear correlation between them is analyzed by using SPSS software. By using coupling degree and coupling coordination degree model, this paper systematically analyzes the coupling and coordination degree of the two systems from the angle of time series and two-dimensional space, selects the grey correlation degree model, and calculates the influencing factors of the coupling effect between them. That is, urban social development is the main factor affecting the level of tourism industry structure, and the rationalization of tourism industry structure is the main feedback factor of the level of urban development. (3) referring to the level of tourism industry structure, the comprehensive index of urban development level and the value of coupling coordination degree, combining the actual conditions of Shandong Province, such as urban resources, traffic location, social and economic conditions, urban development policies, etc. In this paper, 17 cities in Shandong Province are divided into three kinds of coupling models: one is the level of tourism industry structure as the main driving force, the other is the level of urban development as the main driving force. In order to strengthen the coupling and coordinated development of the two, to enhance the promotion of the city and the influence of the economic development of the city on the level of tourism industry structure, The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the development of coupling and coordination between the two.
