昆明会展旅游核心竞争力研究

【摘要】:随着全世界会展旅游的急速发展,我国的会展旅游业也借势走上正轨,具有起步晚、发展极快的特点。由于会展旅游的经济带动效应强大,全国各地都在积极的发展建设会展旅游硬件设施,大力投资会议展览场馆建设,例如,建设中的郑州新国际会展中心、南昌的绿地国博国际展览中心等。场馆的建设等一些硬性设施的建设对增强该地区的会展旅游竞争力固然很重要,但是软性建设方面例如会展旅游城市的整体形象、会展旅游人才水平和素质等方面也对城市会展旅游的竞争力提升起着决定性的作用。首先,由于目前学术界对于会展旅游的概念还没有统一的认识,所以通过对会展旅游概念相关文献的梳理,找出这些学者们定义会展旅游的共同点,基于此给出适合本论文的会展旅游概念。其次,通过采用波特的钻石模型对昆明的会展旅游竞争力等做一个全方位的分析,分析结果显示,昆明会展旅游业的竞争力主要表现在:昆明的地域性会展旅游资源;旅游业对会展业的带动作用;政府的大力支持;现有的国际会展品牌对昆明会展业的带动效益。在钻石模型的基础上,对其进行整合处理提出类钻石模型,从类钻石模型的四个角度,宏观环境竞争力、相关产业支撑竞争力、会展产业自身竞争力和城市会展旅游成长竞争力出发并结合指标体系构建的七大原则,来提出会展旅游核心竞争力指标体系。再次,选取西南城市昆明、南宁、重庆、贵阳、成都,分别搜集2015年各个城市相对应的指标体系中的数据,对于指标体系中的定性指标的量化采取加权集值法,因为这种方法将专家的权重考虑在内,相比传统的计算方法得出的精确度更高。采用SPSS对上述五个城市的综合竞争力进行主成份分析,分析结果显示,城市会展旅游竞争力排名依次为:成都、重庆、贵阳、昆明、南宁,同时对昆明市指标体系内部做一个纵向的主成份分析,然后将主成份分析与具体实际以及定性分析相结合,归纳出昆明会展旅游核心竞争力具体体现在三个方面:政府支持会展发展力度大;会展业与旅游业的融合度高以及旅游产业对会展产业的带动度强。最后,在采用钻石模型的基础上,对昆明市会展旅游的地域性和行业性会展旅游资源进行分析、从旅游业和会展业两个角度分析昆明会展旅游需求环境、昆明会展旅游发展面临的竞争压力、支撑昆明市会展旅游产业发展的相关产业的发展状况和昆明市会展旅游面临的政府扶持和机遇这五个方面进行分析,经过透彻的分析提出提升昆明市会展旅游核心竞争力应放在政府、企业、学校等社会群体,发挥政产学研一体化效应等对策。同时结合定量分析得出的结论指出应当加强昆明市城市基础设施建设以及品牌形象培养等建议对策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mice tourism all over the world, China's mice tourism industry also seize the opportunity to get on the right track, with the characteristics of late start and rapid development. All over the country are actively developing and building conference and tourism hardware facilities, and making great efforts to invest in the construction of convention and exhibition venues, for example, the Zhengzhou New International Convention and Exhibition Center under construction. The construction of some hard facilities such as the Green Space National Expo International Exhibition Center in Nanchang and the construction of stadiums and stadiums are certainly very important to enhance the competitiveness of the exhibition tourism in the region, but soft construction aspects such as the overall image of the exhibition tourism city, The talent level and quality of mice tourism also play a decisive role in enhancing the competitiveness of city mice tourism. First of all, there is no unified understanding of the concept of mice tourism in academic circles. Therefore, by combing the related literature on the concept of mice tourism, find out the common points that these scholars define mice tourism, and give the concept of mice tourism suitable for this paper. Secondly, Through the analysis of Kunming's exhibition tourism competitiveness by using Porter's diamond model, the results show that the competitiveness of Kunming's exhibition tourism is mainly manifested in: Kunming's regional exhibition tourism resources; The tourism industry plays a leading role in the exhibition industry; the government strongly supports; the existing international exhibition brands promote the Kunming exhibition industry. On the basis of the diamond model, the diamond model is put forward. Starting from the four aspects of diamond model, including macro environmental competitiveness, supporting competitiveness of related industries, the competitiveness of exhibition industry itself and the competitiveness of city mice tourism growth, and combining with the seven major principles of constructing the index system, Third, select the southwest cities of Kunming, Nanning, Chongqing, Guiyang, Chengdu, collect the data of the corresponding index system of each city in 2015, The weighted set value method is used for the quantification of qualitative indicators in the indicator system, because the weight of experts is taken into account in this method. SPSS is used to analyze the comprehensive competitiveness of the above five cities. The results show that the ranking of the competitiveness of city mice tourism is: Chengdu, Chongqing, Guiyang, Kunming, Nanning, at the same time, make a longitudinal principal component analysis within the index system of Kunming City, and then combine the principal component analysis with the actual and qualitative analysis. It concludes that the core competitiveness of Kunming mice tourism is embodied in three aspects: the government supports the development of mice and exhibition, the integration of exhibition industry and tourism industry is high, and the tourism industry has a strong driving force to the exhibition industry. Based on the diamond model, this paper analyzes the regional and industrial exhibition tourism resources of Kunming, and analyzes the demand environment of Kunming exhibition tourism from the two angles of tourism industry and convention and exhibition industry. The competitive pressure faced by Kunming mice tourism development, the development status of related industries supporting the development of Kunming mice tourism industry and the government support and opportunities faced by Kunming mice tourism are analyzed. After thorough analysis, it is proposed that the core competitiveness of Kunming's mice tourism should be promoted by the government, enterprises, schools and other social groups. At the same time, combined with the conclusion of quantitative analysis, the author points out that the construction of urban infrastructure and the cultivation of brand image should be strengthened in Kunming.
