【摘要】：观光农业是我国进入21世纪以后发展方兴未艾的新事物,是在传统农业基础上发展起来的与现代旅游业相结合的一种交叉的边缘型产业。陇南山区多山地、丘陵,地貌特征丰富,利用山区优美的自然环境,丰富的农业资源以及根植于本土的浓厚的乡村文化特色和农村人文景观,观光农业的兴起,为陇南山区农业的实现跨越式和可持续发展提供了发展方向和模式。本文综合了已有的观光农业的研究成果,对观光农业的概念、特点、功能、类型进行了深入的探讨,并结合国内外观光农业的发展和研究现状,提出了山区观光农业规划发展原则和方法。在此基础上,通过对陇南的观光农业资源进行广泛而细致的调查,获取了现实的第一手资料,对陇南山区各类观光农业资源进行分析和评价,找出观光农业旅游开发中所存在的问题、优势和潜力：其地理环境条件优越,自然资源丰富,生物物种多样,种植业基础较好,林茶果生产历史悠久,畜牧业发展迅猛,产业结构趋于合理,经济快速增长,社会诸条件得天独厚,为建设观光农业创造了良好的条件。同时存在着耕地资源紧缺,生产力低下,农村经济发展不平衡,农业旅游资源需进一步挖掘。根据农业生态学和旅游学的原理,结合当前观光农业现状和发展方向,最终摸索出以陇南山区观光农业规划开发应以特色主导产业为切入点,充分利用当地较好气候条件,多样地貌特征,丰富的资源,围绕主导产业进行科学规划,合理布局,实现山区农业观光跨越式发展的策略。同时为实现理论与实践的相结合,进一步研究了陇南山区观光农业规划的原则、理念和方法,并依此为指导,进行了初步的实证规划。本文中对陇南山区观光农业资源进行分析和评价,对今后陇南观光农业的规划设计具有一定的实用价值和指导意义。
[Abstract]:Tourism agriculture is a new thing that is in the ascendant development after 21th century in our country. It is a kind of intersecting marginal industry combined with modern tourism, which is developed on the basis of traditional agriculture. There are many mountains and hills in Longnan Mountain area. Rich landform features, the use of the beautiful natural environment in mountain areas, rich agricultural resources, strong rural cultural characteristics rooted in the native and rural cultural landscape, the rise of sightseeing agriculture, It provides the development direction and mode for realizing the leapfrog and sustainable development of agriculture in Longnan mountainous area. This paper synthesizes the existing research results of sightseeing agriculture, probes into the concept, characteristics, functions and types of sightseeing agriculture, and combines the development and research status of sightseeing agriculture at home and abroad. This paper puts forward the principles and methods for the development of sightseeing agriculture planning in mountainous areas. On this basis, through extensive and meticulous investigation of the tourism agricultural resources in Longnan, the actual first-hand information is obtained. This paper analyzes and evaluates all kinds of sightseeing agricultural resources in Longnan Mountain area, finds out the problems, advantages and potentialities existing in the development of sightseeing agricultural tourism: its geographical environment is superior, its natural resources are abundant, biological species are diverse, and its planting industry has a good foundation. The forest tea fruit production has a long history, the animal husbandry develops rapidly, the industrial structure tends to be reasonable, the economy grows rapidly, and the social conditions are unique, which create good conditions for the construction of sightseeing agriculture. At the same time, there is a shortage of cultivated land resources. With low productivity and unbalanced rural economic development, agricultural tourism resources need to be further excavated. According to the principles of agricultural ecology and tourism science, combined with the current situation and development direction of sightseeing agriculture, Finally, it is found that the planning and development of sightseeing agriculture in Longnan mountain area should take the characteristic leading industry as the starting point, make full use of the better local climate conditions, various geomorphological features, abundant resources, and carry out scientific planning and rational distribution around the leading industry. In order to realize the combination of theory and practice, the principles, concepts and methods of agricultural tourism planning in Longnan mountainous area are further studied, and the preliminary empirical planning is carried out according to the strategy of realizing the great-leap-forward development of agricultural sightseeing in mountainous areas. This paper analyzes and evaluates the tourism agricultural resources in Longnan mountainous area, which has certain practical value and guiding significance for the planning and design of tourism agriculture in Longnan in the future.
