东北亚区域旅游产业合作模式研究

【摘要】:进入二十一世纪后,经济全球化、区域经济一体化的趋势逐渐呈现,在这样的背景下,区域旅游合作趋势也逐步明显。近年来,东北亚区域旅游经济发展迅猛。区域内六国有着明显地缘优势,在旅游资源方面也有着一定的互补性。随着东北亚旅游经济的不断增长,东北亚旅游市场所占世界旅游市场的份额日益扩大,旅游业将成为东北亚区域内的支柱性产业。旅游合作是区域经济合作的一部分,目前已逐步受到各国政府的重视。 旅游不仅是一项休闲活动,而且是一项融合力极强的产业,与110个产业及行业有关联性,可以带动相关产业发展,促进交通运输、城市建设等行业发展,因而能够有效地促进产业结构以及经济增长方式的转变。因此,旅游业是世界各国都积极发展的产业。目前,旅游业约占20国集团GDP总值的5%,旅游相关产业所占比例更高,可以说,旅游业对世界各国的就业有很大的贡献。仅中国每年可新增旅游直接就业50万人左右,旅游业对于保增长、扩内需、调结构、促就业的积极作用越来越明显。 在此背景下,文章通过分析旅游产业在东北亚区域内发展的现状,地位和作用,以及分析合作的基础及可行性,并对比欧盟、东盟等构建区域旅游一体化的模式,对东北亚的热门旅游产品:冰雪旅游产品、滨海旅游产品、民族风情旅游产品进行了整合,设计出了代表性的旅游线路,包括滨海旅游线路、冰雪旅游线路、民俗风情旅游线路、名山旅游线路、名湖旅游线路、名城旅游线路等。除此之外,文章还就旅游合作可持续发展提出了在政府、市场等方面建立保障机制,为建立东北亚区域旅游一体化及区域经济一体化提供了思路。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, the trend of economic globalization and regional economic integration has gradually appeared. In this context, the trend of regional tourism cooperation is gradually obvious. The tourism economy in Northeast Asia is developing rapidly. The six countries in the region have obvious geographical advantages and are complementary to each other in tourism resources. With the continuous growth of tourism economy in Northeast Asia, The share of tourism market in Northeast Asia is expanding day by day, and tourism will become a pillar industry in Northeast Asia. Tourism cooperation is a part of regional economic cooperation, which has been paid more and more attention by the governments of all countries. Tourism is not only a leisure activity, but also an industry with a strong fusion force. It is related to 110 industries and industries. It can promote the development of related industries and promote the development of transportation, urban construction and other industries. As a result, tourism is an industry that all countries in the world are actively developing. At present, tourism accounts for about 5 percent of the total value of GDP in the Group of 20, and the proportion of tourism-related industries is even higher. It can be said that tourism has a great contribution to the employment of all countries in the world. China alone can increase the direct employment of tourism by about 500,000 people a year. The positive effect of tourism on maintaining growth, expanding domestic demand, adjusting structure and promoting employment is becoming more and more obvious. In this context, the paper analyzes the current situation, status and function of tourism industry in Northeast Asia, as well as the basis and feasibility of cooperation, and compares the European Union, ASEAN and other regional tourism integration model. The popular tourism products in Northeast Asia: ice and snow tourism products, coastal tourism products, ethnic customs tourism products are integrated, and representative tourist routes are designed, including coastal tourism routes, ice and snow tourism routes, Folk-custom tour routes, famous mountains tour routes, famous lake tourist routes, famous city tourist routes, etc. In addition, the article also puts forward the establishment of a guarantee mechanism in the government, market and other aspects of the sustainable development of tourism cooperation. It provides ideas for establishing regional tourism integration and regional economic integration in Northeast Asia.
