【摘要】：随着我国社会经济的发展，越来越多的居民拥有外出旅游的消费能力；随着生活的快节奏，越来越多的居民渴望回归乡村，感受大自然的原始味道。在这种情况下，乡村旅游便应运而生，并且发展状态良好。瑞安市凭借自身得天独厚的自然优势和经济优势，以及独特的风土人情，大力开展乡村旅游，在短时间内获得了较好的发展。但是，在发展过程中，，也存在一些制约乡村旅游发展的因素。基于此，通过本文的论述，分析瑞安市乡村旅游获得成功的原因，思考存在的具体问题，并探讨对策、建议，以期瑞安市的乡村旅游业获得可持续发展。在文章结构上，本论文由三个主要部分组成：第一部分为正文的第1章和第2章，主要是对乡村旅游的理论知识进行归纳、概括。第1章讨论了本项研究的选题背景、意义，学术界现有的相关研究成果等；第2章则是关于乡村旅游的一些概念和理论知识的界定，对于当下流行的“可持续发展”、“新农村建设”、“低碳经济和生态经济”、“体验经济”等理论做一些梳理，为下文论述瑞安地区的乡村旅游的发展奠定基础。第二部分为第3章，研究国内外乡村旅游发展中值得瑞安市借鉴的经验。国外许多国家在二战后便开展了乡村旅游，积累了丰富的发展经验，比如韩国、日本在政府对乡村旅游干预的前提下培育市场，法国偏重于发挥中介组织对乡村旅游的引导作用等。国内的成都、贵州等地也都是乡村旅游发展的成功案例。通过这些国家、地区现有的成功经验表明，乡村旅游业若想获得可持续性发展，就必须在供应和需求的基础上，将市场经济和政府干预结合起来，同时调动各方力量积极参与。第三部分为第4章和第5章，在对瑞安市乡村旅游发展现状和SWOT进行理性分析后，提出一些可行性建议。第4章主要论述瑞安市乡村旅游的发展现状，结合SWOT的分析，明确瑞安在发展乡村旅游中的优势、劣势及存在的机遇、威胁。第5章则根据上一章节的分析，按照可持续发展的理念，探讨瑞安市乡村旅游发展及保障策略，以此定位瑞安市乡村旅游未来的发展目标和战略。
[Abstract]:With the social and economic development of our country, more and more residents have the ability to travel outside. With the rapid pace of life, more and more residents are eager to return to the countryside and feel the primitive taste of nature. In this case, Rural tourism came into being and developed well. Relying on its unique natural and economic advantages, as well as its unique local and local customs, Ruian has made great efforts to develop rural tourism, and has achieved better development in a short period of time. However, in the process of development, There are also some factors restricting the development of rural tourism. Based on this, this paper analyzes the reasons for the success of rural tourism in Ruian city, thinks about the specific problems, and discusses the countermeasures and suggestions. This paper is composed of three main parts: the first part is chapter 1 and chapter 2 of the text, which mainly summarizes the theoretical knowledge of rural tourism. The first chapter discusses the background and significance of this research, the existing academic research results, etc. Chapter 2 is about the definition of some concepts and theoretical knowledge of rural tourism. For the popular theories of "sustainable development", "new rural construction", "low-carbon economy and ecological economy", "experience economy" and so on, it lays a foundation for the following discussion on the development of rural tourism in Ryan area. The second part is the third chapter. To study the experience of rural tourism development at home and abroad, which is worthy of reference by Ruian City. Many foreign countries developed rural tourism after World War II and accumulated rich development experience, such as South Korea. Japan cultivates the market on the premise of government intervention in rural tourism, while France emphasizes on giving play to the guiding role of intermediary organizations in rural tourism. Chengdu, Guizhou and other places in China are also successful examples of rural tourism development. Through these countries, The successful experience available in the region shows that if rural tourism is to achieve sustainable development, it must combine market economy with government intervention on the basis of supply and demand. The third part is chapter 4 and chapter 5. After the rational analysis of the current situation of rural tourism development and SWOT in Ruian city, Chapter 4 mainly discusses the current situation of rural tourism development in Ruian city, combining with the analysis of SWOT, defines the advantages, disadvantages and opportunities of Ryan in the development of rural tourism. The fifth chapter is based on the analysis of the previous chapter, according to the concept of sustainable development, discusses the rural tourism development and security strategies in Ruian city, so as to locate the future development goals and strategies of rural tourism in Ruian city.
