银川国际旅游城市建设研究

【摘要】：首先对改革开放以来不同时期银川城市发展的战略定位进行回顾与总结,认为当前及今后一个时期,银川城市发展战略定位必须适应新形势进行战略转换,进而提出新的历史条件下银川城市发展新的战略定位应是"特色鲜明的国际旅游城市"并进行相关论证分析。认为这既是银川城市发展新的战略定位,又是美好愿景和宏伟蓝图,更是长期奋斗目标。在此基础上,研究提出银川国际旅游城市建设的基本思路,其中最为关键的是"定标",即参考国际已有标准并结合自身实际编制完成银川国际旅游城市建设的国际化标准(世界一流标准),主要包括交通、金融、信息、商务、基本公共服务、中介服务及城市环境等方面的国际化标准。最后,着重提出银川国际旅游城市建设进程中需要特别重视的几个重大问题。
[Abstract]:First of all, the strategic orientation of Yinchuan city development in different periods since the reform and opening up is reviewed and summarized. It is concluded that the strategic orientation of Yinchuan city development must adapt to the new situation. Furthermore, the paper puts forward that the new strategic orientation of Yinchuan city development under the new historical conditions should be "international tourism city with distinctive characteristics" and makes relevant demonstration and analysis, which is considered as the new strategic orientation of Yinchuan city development. It is also a beautiful vision and a grand blueprint, and it is also a long-term goal. On this basis, the basic ideas for the construction of Yinchuan's international tourist city are studied and put forward. The most crucial one is "calibration", that is, referring to the existing international standards and combining with the actual situation, the international standards for the completion of Yinchuan's international tourism city construction (world-class standards, mainly including transportation, finance, information, commerce, etc.). International standards of basic public service, intermediary service and urban environment. Finally, several important problems that should be paid special attention to in the process of Yinchuan international tourism city construction are put forward.
