景区依托型农家乐旅游供应链的风险评估

【摘要】：近年来，随着人们对于景区依托型农家乐旅游需求的不断增多，以政府或企业为主导的农家乐成为现代农家乐发展的主要模式。然而目前，农家乐相关企业间合作关系薄弱，供应柔性欠佳，运营风险日益凸显。以供应链角度识别农家乐整体运作过程中的风险，可以有效减少因外部环境及内部合作而导致的供应延迟或中断，提高供应链运作效率。进而本文以景区依托型农家乐为研究对象，对供应链运作过程中的风险因素进行识别，建立定量供应链风险评估模型，为农家乐经营者风险管理提供有利参考。首先，本文对近年来国内外学者在农家乐经营管理、旅游供应链及风险要素识别、供应链风险评估研究成果进行分析，在此基础上简要概述了自营模式及集聚型模式下的农家乐旅游供应链构成要素及特征，为后文风险因素识别奠定基础；其次，从供应链运作角度出发对准备、采购、服务、分销等环节及外部环境的风险因素进行识别，并应用DEMATEL法进行风险因素的关联性分析，依据风险因素间的综合影响矩阵及关联性参数的评分，得到风险因素间影响方向及影响程度；再次，，在建立风险指标体系的基础上，采用结构熵权法确定风险指标的权重大小，基于可拓物元法建立风险评估模型，进而得到农家乐旅游供应链各二级指标及总体风险等级，以确定相对薄弱环节。最后，本文以郭家沟农家乐旅游供应链为应用研究对象，分析了供应链外部环境及内部运作现状，通过农家乐经营者及游客问卷调查获得原始数据，应用可拓物元风险评估模型得到风险评估结果，进而从加强内部分工、建立信息平台、完善合作机制、提高风险管理水平的角度出发提出郭家沟农家乐旅游供应链风险规避措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing demand for the tourism of the scenic area relying on the Nongjiale, Nongjiale, which is led by the government or the enterprise, has become the main mode of the development of the modern Nongjiale. However, at present, the cooperative relationship between the related enterprises of the Nongjiale is weak. Poor supply flexibility and increasing operational risks. Identifying risks in the overall operation of Nongjiale from a supply chain perspective can effectively reduce supply delays or disruptions caused by external environments and internal cooperation. Then this paper takes Nongjiale as the research object, identifies the risk factors in the process of supply chain operation, and establishes a quantitative supply chain risk assessment model. To provide a favorable reference for farmers risk management. First of all, this paper analyzes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in recent years in Nongjiale management, tourism supply chain and risk factors identification, supply chain risk assessment. On this basis, the paper briefly outlines the main elements and characteristics of the Nongjiale tourism supply chain under the self-support mode and the agglomeration mode, which lays the foundation for the later risk factors identification. Secondly, the preparation, procurement and service are analyzed from the perspective of supply chain operation. The risk factors of distribution and external environment are identified, and the correlation analysis of risk factors is carried out by using DEMATEL method, according to the comprehensive influence matrix of risk factors and the score of correlation parameters. Thirdly, on the basis of establishing the risk index system, the weight of the risk index is determined by using the structure entropy weight method, and the risk assessment model is established based on the extension matter-element method. Finally, this paper takes the Guojiagou Nongjiale tourism supply chain as the applied research object, and then obtains the secondary indexes and the overall risk grade of the Nongjiale tourism supply chain to determine the relative weak link. This paper analyzes the external environment and internal operation of supply chain, obtains the original data through the questionnaire survey of Nongjiale operators and tourists, obtains the results of risk assessment by using extension element risk assessment model, and then strengthens the internal division of labor. From the angle of establishing information platform, perfecting cooperation mechanism and improving the level of risk management, this paper puts forward some measures to avoid risks in Guojiagou Nongjiale tourism supply chain.
