【摘要】：随着经济全球化进一步发展，全球范围内城镇化率不断上升，人类基本上完成了从乡村文明向城市文明的过渡，一方面城市便利的生活方式和生活理念给人类生活带来了极大地便利，另一方面城市的快节奏生活和各方面压力也使人渴望能够放慢生活节奏，短暂的躲避生活压力，享受自然的宁静和田园风光。这一背景下，乡村旅游兴起，并随着都市人对田园风光和传统回归的进一步渴望迅速发展，逐步成为重要的旅游产业形势。乡村旅游的崛起，一方面为乡村发展、乡村各产业发展、乡村基础设施建设进一步完善带来了前所未有的契机，另一方面，通过大力发展乡村旅游业解决了城乡二元经济假设下剩余劳动力问题，为新型城镇化进程中转移就业的农民提供良好的就业机会和发展前景。此外，乡村旅游对农村经济发展的支持作用主要表现在通过吸引乡村旅游游客引起第三产业的增长，刺激农村商品零售额增长，进而扩大农村就业规模和特色第二产业发展，并通过经济增长效应推动地区基础设施建设带动现代农业发展。然而，乡村旅游虽然整体发展较为迅速，但是从乡村旅游实际发展上看，由于乡村旅游存在包括缺乏行业规范、管理水平低下、内容单一重复等问题，实际上严重影响游客的客观体验，制约了我国乡村旅游的长远发展。大连作为东北地区的重要城市，是我国东北对外开放的窗口，景色优美，素有“东北之窗”、“北方明珠”、“浪漫之都”、“中国最美丽的花园式城市”的美誉，旅游资源丰富；在乡村旅游发展上，大连地区不仅具有东北独特的民俗文化，且依山傍海、农林牧副渔等多种农业形式发展完备，各种农业产业形势丰富多样，在乡村旅游发展上具有优势。但是，，从大连乡村旅游发展情况上看，缺乏特色、形势大于内容等问题严重影响了大连地区乡村旅游的发展，也严重限制了大连地区特色旅游资源的充分发挥，因此对大连地区乡村旅游进行研究，并解决其客观存在的问题尤为必要。本文旨在通过对大连乡村旅游发展情况进行研究，分析并总结大连乡村旅游发展优势、劣势、机遇和挑战，并根据大连乡村旅游发展现状提出大连乡村旅游发展定位，解决其发展中存在的问题，为大连乡村旅游进一步发展提供对策建议。全文共分6章：第一章：导论，主要介绍了大连地区乡村旅游相关的研究背景，论述了本文的研究目的和意义，并基于历史文献法列举了乡村旅游研究方面的国内外研究现状。第二章：概念界定和理论基础，主要结合国内外学者对乡村旅游的研究分析并归纳了乡村旅游内涵，进而梳理了旅游地生命周期理论、体验经济理论、旅游乘数效应理论，阐述了乡村旅游同质化对乡村旅游发展造成的危害，为大连地区乡村旅游发展奠定理论基础。第三章：大连地区乡村旅游现状分析，主要从农民收入、经济带动性等角度介绍了大连地区乡村旅游发展现状，为大连地区乡村旅游SWOT分析奠定基础。第四章：大连地区乡村旅游的SWOT分析，分别对大连地区乡村旅游的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战进行分析，重点分析了大连地区乡村旅游发展的优势和机遇，为大连地区乡村旅游发展的战略选择奠定基础。第五章：战略选择及对策建议，根据大连地区乡村旅游的SWOT分析，主要从大连地区乡村旅游发展的优势和机遇入手提出其发展的战略，并结合大连地区乡村旅游发展的基础设施建设、市场发展情况、政府职能发挥等角度提出了大连地区乡村旅游发展的对策建议。第六章：结论

Dalian is an important city in Northeast China. However, from the development of rural tourism in Dalian. On the condition, the lack of features, the situation is greater than the content of serious problems affecting the development of rural tourism in Dalian area, also seriously limit the full play to the local characteristics of Dalian tourism resources, so the research on rural tourism in Dalian area, and to solve the existing problems is particularly necessary. This paper aims to study the situation of rural tourism the development of Dalian, analyze and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of Dalian rural tourism development, opportunities and challenges, and according to the current situation of rural tourism development in Dalian proposed positioning of rural tourism development in Dalian, to solve the problems in its development, to provide suggestions for the further development of rural tourism in Dalian.
