乔口镇观光休闲农业发展问题研究

【摘要】：我国经济与城市化正处于快速发展的时期,人们的物质生活水平也在不断的提高,全国各地兴起了休闲农业发展的热潮,特别在近几年湖南的休闲农业发展势头迅猛。休闲农业的发展有利于社会主义新农村的建设,促进农村地区的发展,加快农村剩余劳动力的转移与农民的增收,也满足了城市居民向往大自然、回归大自然的心理。 本文先阐述了休闲农业的相关研究,对休闲农业的相关概念进行界定,并分析了休闲农业有关的理论基础,然后运用SWOT分析法对乔口镇观光休闲农业的发展进行分析,并针对乔口镇发展观光休闲农业的市场调查得出其存在的一些问题,其中包括：旅游基础设施落后、旅游营销力度不够、品牌意识不强、经营管理不规范、文化内涵挖掘不够等。最后针对存在的问题提出了科学制定发展规划、完善基础设施建设、加大二、三产业发展力度、延长农业产业链条、引进龙头企业、加强区域合作发挥休闲旅游集群优势等切实可行的解决对策。
[Abstract]:China's economy and urbanization are in a period of rapid development, people's material living standards are also constantly improving, and leisure agriculture has been developing upsurge all over the country. Especially in recent years, Hunan's leisure agriculture is developing rapidly. The development of leisure agriculture is conducive to the construction of new socialist countryside, promotes the development of rural areas, accelerates the transfer of rural surplus labor force and increases farmers' income. Also satisfied the city residents yearn for nature, return to nature's psychology. This article first elaborated the leisure agriculture correlation research, to the leisure agriculture related concept carries on the definition, and analyzed the leisure agriculture related theory foundation, then uses the SWOT analytic method to carry on the analysis to the Qiakou town sightseeing leisure agriculture development. According to the market survey of tourism and leisure agriculture in Qiakou Town, some problems are found, including backward tourism infrastructure, insufficient tourism marketing, weak brand awareness, and irregular management. The cultural connotation is not enough to excavate, etc. Finally, in view of the existing problems, the author puts forward the scientific formulation of development plans, the improvement of infrastructure construction, the intensification of the development of the secondary and tertiary industries, the extension of the agricultural industrial chain, and the introduction of leading enterprises. Strengthen the regional cooperation and give play to the advantages of leisure tourism cluster and other practical solutions.
