旅游社区原住民地方依恋对社区参与的影响研究

【摘要】：20世纪90年代以后，社区参与旅游发展作为旅游可持续发展的一个重要内容和评判依据，越来越受到研究者的关注。处理好社区参与问题，保障旅游地居民的利益，己经成为旅游业可持续发展的关键。因此，本文尝试从地方理论视角来研究旅游社区原住民的社区参与问题，以探讨旅游景区中社区参与行为的影响因素，进而解释旅游业发展过程中的各种矛盾和冲突。本文基于地方理论和社区参与理论，对地方依恋和社区参与进行了以下两个方面的具体研究：第一，对相关文献进行了综述，在现有理论的基础上，分析了原住民地方依恋与社区参与之间的关系，提出了旅游社区原住民的地方依恋与其自身的社区参与之间存在相关性；第二，在相关文献和理论的基础上，以张家界武陵源核心景区的社区原住民为研究样本进行实证研究，并利用SPSS16.0、LISREL8.7等软件对通过问卷调查所获得的数据进行分析处理，探讨了旅游社区原住民地方依恋对社区参与的影响作用。实证研究发现：(1)原住民地方依恋由物质依恋和情感依恋两个维度构成；(2)原住民的物质依恋对其情感依恋具有显著的正向影响，物质依恋是形成当地社区居民情感性依恋的重要因素；(3)居民的物质依恋和情感依恋程度对居民的社区参与行为有显著的正向影响，情感依恋对社区参与的影响要大于物质依恋的影响；(4)物质依恋主要通过情感依恋影响居民的社区参与行为，情感依恋在物质依恋和社区参与之间起着中介作用。最后，，本文讨论了增强旅游地原住民社区参与度的途径以及地方依恋研究的实际意义。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, community participation in tourism development as an important content and evaluation basis of sustainable development of tourism has attracted more and more attention of researchers.To deal with the problem of community participation and to protect the interests of tourism residents has become the key to sustainable development of tourism.Therefore, this paper attempts to study the community participation of Aboriginal people in tourist communities from the perspective of local theory, in order to explore the influencing factors of community participation behavior in tourist attractions, and then to explain various contradictions and conflicts in the process of tourism development.Based on the local theory and community participation theory, this paper makes the following two specific studies on local attachment and community participation: first, it summarizes the relevant literature, on the basis of existing theories,This paper analyzes the relationship between aboriginal local attachment and community participation, and points out that there is a correlation between aboriginal people's local attachment and their own community participation. Secondly, based on the relevant literature and theory, the paper analyzes the relationship between aboriginal local attachment and community participation.Taking the community aborigines of the core scenic spot of Wulingyuan in Zhangjiajie as the research sample, and using SPSS 16.0LISREL8.7 and other software to analyze and process the data obtained by the questionnaire.The effect of aboriginal attachment on community participation in tourist communities was discussed.The empirical study found that: 1) Native local attachment consists of two dimensions: material attachment and emotional attachment) the material attachment of aborigines has a significant positive effect on their emotional attachment.Material attachment is an important factor in the formation of affective attachment among local community residents. (3) the degree of material attachment and emotional attachment of residents has a significant positive effect on the community participation behavior.The influence of emotional attachment on community participation is greater than that on material attachment. Material attachment mainly affects residents' community participation behavior through emotional attachment. Emotional attachment plays an intermediary role between material attachment and community participation.Finally, this paper discusses the ways to enhance the participation of Aboriginal communities in tourist destinations and the practical significance of local attachment research.
