河池市经济发展与旅游产业耦合协调度研究

【摘要】：近年来，我国旅游产业迅猛发展，在一定程度上促进了当地的经济发展，而伴随着国民经济的快速发展劲头，其对旅游产业的支撑作用也越来越明显，两者呈现相互促进相互影响的关系。如何定量地描述出两者之间的发展关系，找出两者之间的发展规律，促进两者协调发展已成为了一个举足轻重的研究课题。耦合，是指两个系统或者是运动方式通过一定的相互作用而彼此影响的一种现象，耦合协调度是度量两者之间相互影响程度大小的一个定量指标。河池市是典型的喀斯特地区，旅游资源丰富且独特，近些年其旅游产业发展飞速，给经济发展带来了很大的促进作用，经济的发展同时又为河池市的旅游发展提供了更好的支撑。文章以河池市的区域经济和旅游产业的耦合发展为视角，运用信息熵、耦合发展等理论，定性与定量相结合对河池市经济发展与旅游产业的相互关系进行分析研究。首先文章分析了研究区经济发展与旅游产业两者的相互关系，从旅游产业影响区域经济的收入、就业和创汇三方面以及区域经济影响旅游产业的基础设施、旅游需求和旅游竞争力来阐述。接着借用物理学中的耦合发展理论来构建河池市区域经济与旅游产业耦合发展系统，选取区域经济子系统和旅游产业子系统共23个指标构成评价指标体系，并运用熵值法对各指标进行赋权重，应用耦合协调度模型，计算得出河池市2002年到2011年的耦合协调度，并发现其是呈上升趋势的，且经历从2002年到2005年的濒临失调、2006年到2009年勉强协调、2010年到2011年的初级协调这三个阶段。从区域经济系统和旅游产业系统这两子系统的综合得分来看，两者各自的发展也是越来越好的。从区域经济系统来看，其综合得分从2002年的0.29574增长到2011年的0.47823，旅游产业系统综合得分从2002年的0.11591增长到2011年的0.37284。虽两者均有增长，但区域经济系统的综合得分都比同年的旅游产业的综合得分高，，且两者之间的分值相差大于0.1，所以判断河池市的经济发展与旅游产业耦合协调度类型为旅游产业滞后型。然后计算分析2011年广西其他13个地级市的耦合协调度，并与同年河池市的数据进行比较，发现河池市的耦合协调度处在14个地级市中的较低层次。最后针对所得到的耦合协调度的结果，提出促进河池市区域经济与旅游产业耦合协调发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of tourism industry in China has promoted the local economic development to a certain extent, and with the rapid development of the national economy, its supporting role to the tourism industry is becoming more and more obvious.The two have a mutually reinforcing and interacting relationship.How to quantitatively describe the development relationship between the two, find out the development law between the two, and promote their coordinated development has become a pivotal research topic.Coupling is a phenomenon in which two systems or modes of motion interact with each other, and the degree of coupling coordination is a quantitative index to measure the degree of interaction between two systems.Hechi City is a typical karst area with rich and unique tourism resources. In recent years, its tourism industry has developed rapidly, which has brought great impetus to the economic development.At the same time, the development of economy provides better support for the tourism development of Hechi City.From the perspective of the coupling development of regional economy and tourism industry in Hechi City, this paper analyzes the relationship between the economic development of Hechi City and tourism industry by using the theory of information entropy and coupling development, combining qualitative and quantitative analysis.First of all, the paper analyzes the relationship between the economic development of the research area and the tourism industry, from the tourism industry impact on the income of the regional economy, employment and foreign exchange, as well as the regional economic impact on the tourism industry infrastructure.Tourism demand and tourism competitiveness to explain.Then the coupling development theory of physics is used to construct the coupling development system between regional economy and tourism industry in Hechi city. The evaluation index system is composed of 23 indexes of regional economic subsystem and tourism industry subsystem.The coupling coordination degree of Hechi City from 2002 to 2011 is calculated by using the coupling coordination degree model and the entropy method is used to assign weight to each index, and it is found that the coupling coordination degree of Hechi City is on the rise.And experienced from 2002 to 2005 on the verge of maladjustment, 2006 to 2009 barely coordinated, 2010 to 2011 in the primary coordination of these three stages.From the comprehensive score of regional economic system and tourism industry system, the development of the two subsystems is getting better and better.From the point of view of regional economic system, its comprehensive score increased from 0.29574 in 2002 to 0.47823 in 2011, and the comprehensive score of tourism industry system increased from 0.11591 in 2002 to 0.37284in 2011.Despite the growth of both, the combined scores of regional economic systems are higher than those of the tourism industry in the same year.And the difference between the two is greater than 0.1, so judging the economic development of Hechi city and tourism industry coupling coordination degree type is tourism industry lag type.Then, the coupling coordination degree of other 13 cities in Guangxi in 2011 is calculated and analyzed, and compared with the data of Hechi city in the same year, it is found that the coupling coordination degree of Hechi city is lower than that of 14 prefectural cities.Finally, according to the results of coupling coordination degree, the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of regional economy and tourism industry in Hechi City are put forward.
