西藏寺院旅游收入分配问题研究

【摘要】：目前寺院旅游收入分配问题突出。通过对西藏寺院的调研,发现寺院旅游收入分配中存在居民利益未得到重视;寺院旅游收入差距大,僧人生活补贴相差明显;生活补贴偏高,公益和教育支出偏低;寺院财务管理的规范性有待提高等问题。寺院是宗教活动场所,寺院旅游应适度;僧尼参与寺院旅游获得的是生活补贴,不是薪酬;社区是寺院旅游的基础,利益应得到保障;僧人的补贴不宜过多,差距不宜过大;寺院应进一步增加人才培养和社会公益投入;作为经济实体,寺院财务管理应更加规范。
[Abstract]:At present, the temple tourism income distribution problem is prominent.Through the investigation of Tibetan monasteries, it is found that the residents' interests have not been paid attention to in the distribution of tourism income of monasteries, the gap of tourism income of monasteries is large, the living subsidies of monks are obvious, the living subsidies are on the high side, and the public welfare and education expenditures are on the low side;The standardization of monastery financial management needs to be improved.The temple is the place of religious activities, the temple tourism should be moderate, the monks and nuns who participate in the temple tourism get living subsidy, not the salary, the community is the foundation of the temple tourism, the benefit should be guaranteed, the monk's subsidy should not be too much, the gap should not be too big;As an economic entity, the financial management of monasteries should be more standardized.
