基于DPSIR模型的旅游景区碳管理评价研究

【摘要】:本文从低碳旅游的角度出发,以旅游景区碳排放的管理水平为主要研究对象,运用管理学理论、环境经济理论、可持续发展理论和生态旅游等理论,探讨了旅游景区碳管理的理论支撑,阐释了旅游景区碳管理的内涵,基于DPSIR模型构建旅游景区碳管理水平评价框架,运用熵权法和层次分析法赋予评价体系复合权重,尝试构建旅游景区碳管理水平的评价标准,为旅游景区碳管理评价提供了理论依据。在此基础上,以江苏省四个典型景区作为案例地进行实证研究,分析了中山陵风景区、灵山风景区、同里风景区和大丰麇鹿保护区的碳管理水平,并根据各景区评价指标的得分情况,分别对这四个景区碳管理进行了具体分析和综合评价,最后根据评价结果对提升旅游景区碳管理水平提出一定的建议。 文章认为旅游景区碳管理指的是景区结合实际碳排放情况,明确相应的减排目标,并制定对应的碳发展政策,有效使用清洁能源并使用低碳交通工具,对于景区运营管理过程中的碳排放进行有效管理的一种行为活动。研究表明:对于旅游景区碳管理水平影响较大的指标主要有景区碳管理发展政策数量、景区清洁能源使用率、碳补偿比例、植被覆盖率和景区空间格局紧凑性等,因此在对于旅游景区碳管理工作的实施和管理过程中,应当重点考虑以上方面的指标因子,进行旅游景区碳管理时,要将低碳管理形成相应的规章制度,确保碳管理的实施和执行,从而能够有效的控制旅游景区的碳排放,促进旅游景区的低碳化发展,确保旅游景区的环境效益和生态效益,为旅游景区的可持续发展提供一定的支撑和依据平台。 本文基于DPSIR模型从驱动力.压力.状态-影响.响应五个具有因果逻辑关系的层面研究旅游景区碳管理水平,提升了旅游景区碳管理评价的科学性和合理性,针对实证评价结果提出的优化旅游景区碳管理的相应对策和建议,有助力更好的提升江苏省旅游景区的碳管理水平。
[Abstract]:In this paper, from the perspective of low-carbon tourism, the management level of carbon emissions in scenic spots is taken as the main research object, and the theories of management, environment and economy, sustainable development and ecotourism are used. This paper discusses the theoretical support of carbon management in scenic spots, explains the connotation of carbon management in scenic spots, constructs the evaluation framework of carbon management level of scenic spots based on DPSIR model, and gives the evaluation system compound weight by entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process. This paper attempts to construct the evaluation standard of carbon management level in tourist attractions, which provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation of carbon management in tourist attractions. On this basis, taking four typical scenic spots in Jiangsu Province as a case study, this paper analyzes the carbon management level of Zhongshan Mountain Scenic area, Lingshan Scenic area, Tongli Scenic area and Dafeng Deer Reserve. According to the score of the evaluation index of each scenic spot, the paper makes a concrete analysis and comprehensive evaluation on the carbon management of the four scenic spots, and finally puts forward some suggestions to improve the carbon management level of the tourist scenic spot according to the evaluation results. The paper holds that the carbon management of scenic spots refers to the combination of actual carbon emissions, clear targets for emission reduction, and the formulation of corresponding carbon development policies, the effective use of clean energy and the use of low-carbon vehicles. A behavioral activity for the effective management of carbon emissions in the operation and management of scenic spots. The results show that the main indicators that have great influence on the carbon management level of tourist attractions are the number of carbon management development policies, the utilization rate of clean energy, the proportion of carbon compensation, the vegetation coverage and the compact spatial pattern of scenic spots, etc. Therefore, in the process of implementing and managing the carbon management of tourist scenic spots, we should focus on the above index factors, and when we carry out the carbon management of scenic spots, we should form the corresponding rules and regulations of low-carbon management. To ensure the implementation and implementation of carbon management, so as to effectively control the carbon emissions of tourist spots, promote the low-carbon development of tourist spots, ensure the environmental and ecological benefits of tourist attractions, For the sustainable development of scenic spots to provide certain support and the basis of the platform. In response to the five levels of causal logic, the paper studies the level of carbon management in scenic spots, which promotes the scientific and reasonable evaluation of carbon management of tourist attractions, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the carbon management of scenic spots in the light of the results of empirical evaluation. It is helpful to improve the carbon management level of Jiangsu tourist attractions.
