【摘要】：休闲观光农业是我国农业农村现代化建设进程中涌现出来的新型产业，已逐步成为现代农业发展过程中大量吸引工商资本投资农业，不断消化吸收农业高新技术成果，努力实现资源环境与农业生产、生态效益同步发展与提高的有效途径，将成为农业增效、农民增收、农村发展的最佳选择，也是浙江高效生态农业的新亮点。农业的发展经历了三个主要的发展阶段：原始农业(游耕、游牧等)、传统农业和现代农业。而我们所说的休闲观光农业是其生产发展到一定的阶段产生的，是都市旅游农业的一种高级形式，具有生产、生活、生态“三生一体”和第一、第二、三产业的功能特性，是农业结构战略性调整和农业生产功能转变的具体形式，同时也是一种高附加弹性的创新型农业经营方式。随着中国加入世界贸易组织(World TradeOrganization简称WTO)，休闲观光农业将是未来农业的重点开拓领域、未来旅游业发展的新增长点。在最近这些年，无论是在国家政策层面的支持下，还是在旅游市场需求的强劲驱动下，休闲观光农业开发的热潮在国内一发不可收拾。其中一个热点话题，就是休闲观光农业影响被引进多个科学领域进行深入研究，经过国内外学者的研究结果表明，，开发休闲观光农业有自身重要的意义，尤其是对旅游开发地。鉴于此，本文以浙江省衢州市省级橘海森林公园中坎底村作为研究对象，比较客观地分析了休闲观光农业开发对衢州坎底村的经济、社会文化以及环境所带来的影响。在分析了观光农业的基本涵义、功能、特征和主要类型的基础上，运用可持续发展理论，在通过均值比较、因子分析之后，本文研究发现休闲观光农业开发其给农村地区带来的经济、社会文化和环境的积极影响比较明显，但也在一定程度上破坏了农村地区的经济、社会文化和环境，不过其影响程度较低；同时村民对休闲观光农业所带来的积极影响的感知态度比较强烈，普遍表示赞同，而对农业旅游所带来的消极影响的感知态度相对来说较弱。最后分析坎底村休闲观光农业的发展现状、有利条件和制约因素，提出休闲观光农业的可持续发展对策建议，提出具有坎底村特色的并与坎底村发展相适应的休闲观光农业的发展模式和对策建议。
[Abstract]:Leisure and sightseeing agriculture is a new industry emerging in the course of agricultural rural modernization construction in China. It has gradually become a large amount of investment in agriculture by attracting industrial and commercial capital in the process of modern agricultural development, and has continuously absorbed and absorbed the achievements of agricultural high and new technology. The effective way to realize the resources, environment and agricultural production and the development and improvement of ecological benefit simultaneously will become the best choice for increasing agricultural efficiency, increasing farmers' income and rural development, and will also be the new bright spot of high efficiency ecological agriculture in Zhejiang Province. The development of agriculture has experienced three main stages: primitive agriculture, nomadic agriculture, traditional agriculture and modern agriculture. The leisure and sightseeing agriculture, as we call it, is produced at a certain stage of its production. It is an advanced form of urban tourism agriculture. It has the functional characteristics of production, living, ecological "three health integration" and the first, second and third industries. It is a specific form of strategic adjustment of agricultural structure and transformation of agricultural production function. It is also an innovative mode of agricultural management with high additional elasticity. With China's entry into the World Trade Organization (WTO), leisure and sightseeing agriculture will be the key development area of agriculture in the future and a new growth point of tourism development in the future. In recent years, whether supported by national policies or driven by strong demand in the tourism market, the boom in the development of leisure and tourism agriculture has become unmanageable at home. One of the hot topics is that the impact of leisure and sightseeing agriculture has been introduced into many scientific fields for in-depth study. The research results of domestic and foreign scholars show that the development of leisure tourism agriculture has its own important significance, especially for tourism development areas. In view of this, this paper takes Qianghai Forest Park in Quzhou, Zhejiang Province as the research object, and analyzes objectively the impact of the development of leisure and sightseeing agriculture on the economy, social culture and environment of Quzhou Kandi Village. On the basis of analyzing the basic meaning, function, characteristics and main types of sightseeing agriculture, and applying the theory of sustainable development, after comparing the mean value and analyzing the factors, This paper finds that the development of leisure and sightseeing agriculture has obvious positive effects on the economy, social culture and environment in rural areas, but it also destroys the economy, social culture and environment in rural areas to a certain extent. At the same time, the villagers' perception of the positive impact of leisure and sightseeing agriculture is relatively strong and generally agreed, while the perception of the negative impact of agricultural tourism is relatively weak. Finally, this paper analyzes the present situation, favorable conditions and restrictive factors of leisure tourism agriculture in Kandi Village, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for sustainable development of leisure tourism agriculture. This paper puts forward the development mode and countermeasures of leisure and sightseeing agriculture with the characteristics of Kandi Village and corresponding to the development of Kandi Village.
