国内外旅游在线评论研究综述

【摘要】:旅游在线评论被视为传统口碑的电子形式,是旅游者安排旅游行程时依赖的重要信息来源,对旅游者和旅游营销意义重大,逐渐受到学术界的重视。基于此,检索2007-2016年发表在学术期刊上的旅游在线评论相关国内外文献,通过梳理和分析发现:国内外研究者集中关注酒店业,对其他研究对象关注较少。研究内容主要包含旅游在线评论和产品销售、旅游在线评论和旅游决策、旅游在线评论和信息评估、旅游在线评论和顾客满意度管理以及旅游在线评论和评论发送者五大方面。在国内外旅游在线评论的研究中,定量研究方法为主流研究方法,质性研究方法较少,一手数据使用率低。最后总结了国外研究对国内相关研究的启示。
[Abstract]:Tourism online review is regarded as the electronic form of traditional word-of-mouth, which is an important information source for tourists to arrange travel itinerary. It is of great significance to tourists and tourism marketing, and has been paid more and more attention by academic circles. Based on this, we searched the related domestic and foreign literatures of online tourism review published in academic journals from 2007 to 2016. Through combing and analyzing, we found that domestic and foreign researchers focused on the hotel industry, and paid little attention to other research objects. The research mainly includes five aspects: tourism online reviews and product sales, tourism online reviews and travel decisions, tourism online reviews and information evaluation, tourism online reviews and customer satisfaction management, and tourism online reviews and reviews and their sender. In the research of online tourism review at home and abroad, the quantitative research method is the mainstream research method, the qualitative research method is less, and the primary data utilization rate is low. Finally, the enlightenment of foreign research to domestic research is summarized.
