中美旅游服务贸易比较研究

【摘要】:随着贸易自由化和世界经济多元化的不断发展和深化,国家之间的联系也越来越紧密,各国之间的贸易合作越来越频繁,服务贸易更是得到了快速的发展。并且所占世界贸易总额的比重也在不断增加,旅游服务贸易也因为其较好的持续发展能力和抗风险能力,已经成为服务贸易中不可或缺的一部分。近年来我国旅游服务贸易的发展势头良好,并逐渐成为我国重要的创汇来源之一。中国是一个旅游大国,但它并不是一个旅游强国,所以对中国和经济发达国家旅游服务贸易进行比较研究,并且通过比较分析借鉴其成功经验,对于促进中国旅游服务贸易的发展具有非常现实的意义。本文以中美两国的旅游服务贸易为研究对象,首先对两国的旅游服务贸易发展现状进行了比较,分别从总量规模,增长速度和出口市场结构三个方面进行比较。其次通过指数分析包括国际市场占有率、贸易竞争力指数、显示性比较优势指数、出口显示性比较优势指数、出口增长优势指数、显示性竞争比较优势指数比较对中美两国的国际竞争力进行了定量分析。随后分别从两国的旅游资源、国内旅游需求、旅游关联产业、人力因素、旅游企业以及法律制度六个方面阐述了影响旅游服务贸易国际竞争力的因素。文章最后从推进旅游资源管理,创新经营方式、培养专业人才、健全融资渠道、扩大国内旅游需求、抓住重点,扩大旅游业开放五个方面提出具有针对性的对策建议,以此来促进中国旅游服务贸易的发展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and deepening of trade liberalization and diversification of world economy, the relationship between countries is becoming more and more close, trade cooperation between countries is more and more frequent, and trade in services has been developing rapidly. Tourism trade in services has become an indispensable part of trade in services because of its good ability of sustainable development and ability to resist risks. In recent years, China's tourism service trade has a good development momentum, and gradually become one of the important sources of foreign exchange. China is a big tourist country, but it is not a powerful tourist country. Therefore, this paper makes a comparative study on tourism service trade between China and economically developed countries, and draws lessons from its successful experience through comparative analysis. To promote the development of China's tourism services trade has a very practical significance. In this paper, the tourism service trade between China and the United States as the research object, first of all, the development of tourism services trade between the two countries are compared, respectively from the total size, growth rate and export market structure of three comparisons. Secondly, through the index analysis, including the international market share, the trade competitiveness index, the indicative comparative advantage index, the export display comparative advantage index, the export growth advantage index, The comparative comparative advantage index is a quantitative analysis of the international competitiveness of China and the United States. Then the factors influencing the international competitiveness of tourism service trade are discussed from six aspects: tourism resources, domestic tourism demand, tourism related industries, human factors, tourism enterprises and legal system. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects of promoting the management of tourism resources, innovating the management mode, cultivating professional talents, perfecting financing channels, expanding domestic tourism demand, grasping the key points and expanding the opening of tourism. In order to promote the development of China's tourism services trade.
