基于游客教育感知的平遥古城自导式解说系统分析

【摘要】:随着自助游的兴起,自导式解说系统日渐完善。通过自导式解说系统,游客能获得——服务、体验、审美、教育等。然而相对于游客感知教育的重要性,自导式解说系统的专项研究比较欠缺,没有将游客感知作为一个维度分析自导式解说系统的教育功能。正是基于这一目的,选取历史文化背景深厚的平遥古城作为实证研究地,以游客在古城游览时利用自导式解说系统的情况为切入点,调查目前古城自导式解说系统的发展现状——设置情况及优劣势。通过问卷整理相关数据——游客对自导式解说系统功能感知的分类、受教育游客的差异性——社会经济背景(年龄段、职业、月收入、受教育程度、家庭结构、游览次数、此次游览目的),受教育游客对古城自导式解说系统的感知度、受教育游客对古城自导式解说系统教育文化的感知度及意见。在此基础上评价影响游客教育感知的自导式解说系统的相关因素,运用SPSS16.0软件对调查的数据进行相关性分析得到游客差异性与感知自导式解说系统教育功能的相关性,然后运用逐步回归方法,分析影响游客对古城自导式解说系统教育感知的相关因素的影响程度。研究结论显示,与文献中影响游客对解说系统满意度的因素不同。参观次数、受教育程度、家庭结构及游客的职业与游客感知平遥古城自导式解说系统的教育功能显著相关,而且游览次数对游客感知古城自导式解说系统教育功能的影响最大。游客的游览次数和游览目的与游客对古城自导式解说系统教育功能中文化功能的感知显著相关,且游览次数的影响因素仍然较大。但由于调查的时间、范围及问卷的设置等方面还有缺漏,所以不能证明其他方面就对游客感知古城自导式解说系统的教育功能绝对无关。最后,根据相关影响因素及游客意见,分别从基于古城特点和游客需求两方面提出优化基于教育感知的自导式解说系统的策略。通过基于游客教育感知的自导式解说系统的分析与优化,希望能应用于平遥古城的自导式解说系统,深化游客教育感知,古城未来发展更好。
[Abstract]:With the rise of self-help travel, the self guided interpretation system is becoming more and more perfect. Through the self guided interpretation system, visitors can get - service, experience, aesthetics, education and so on. However, relative to the importance of tourists' awareness of education, the special study of the self guided interpretation system is relatively short, and does not analyze the tourist perception as a dimension to analyze the self guided explanation department. Based on this purpose, this purpose is to select Pingyao County, which has a profound historical and cultural background as an empirical research area, and to investigate the current development status of the ancient city self guided interpretation system, setting the status and advantages and disadvantages of the ancient city self guided interpretation system. According to the classification of the function perception of the self guided interpretation system, the difference between the educated tourists - the social and economic background (age, occupation, monthly income, education, family structure, tour times, the purpose of the tour), the perception of the educated tourists to the ancient city self guide interpretation system, the educational tourists explain to the ancient city self guidance On the basis of this, this paper evaluates the related factors of the self-directed explanation system which affects the perception of tourist education, and uses the SPSS16.0 software to analyze the data of the survey to obtain the correlation between the tourist difference and the educational function of the perceptual self guide system, and then the stepwise regression method is used to analyze it. The impact of tourists on the related factors of the educational perception of the ancient city self-guided interpretation system. The results show that the factors that affect the satisfaction of the tourists to the interpretation system are different from those in the literature. The number of visitors, the education level, the family structure and the tourists' professional and tourist perception of the Pingyao County self-guided interpretation system have significant educational functions. The number of visitors has the greatest impact on the educational function of the ancient city self-guided interpretation system. The number of visitors and the tourist destination are closely related to the perception of the cultural function in the educational function of the ancient city self guided interpretation system, and the factors that affect the number of visits are still larger. There are still gaps in the setting, so it is impossible to prove that other aspects are absolutely irrelevant to the educational function of the ancient city self guided interpretation system. Finally, according to the related factors and tourists' opinions, the strategy of optimizing the self guided interpretation system based on the characteristics of the ancient city and the tourists' needs is put forward respectively from the two aspects of the characteristics of the ancient city and the tourist needs. After the analysis and optimization of the self guided interpretation system based on tourist education, it is hoped that it can be applied to the self guided interpretation system in Pingyao County, to deepen the perception of tourist education and to develop better in the future of the ancient city.
