郑西高铁沿线城市旅游效率研究

【摘要】:随着人民收入的不断提高,旅游业呈现出了良好的发展势头。城市作为旅游目的地和旅游中转站,已成为旅游业发展中至关重要的一环。国家“一带一路”顶层战略的提出和实施,使丝绸之路沿线城市及辐射区域城市获得了新的发展契机。陆上丝绸之路沿线城市历史悠久,文化遗存丰厚,旅游资源极具吸引力。在旅游产业六要素中,交通是非常重要的一个方面,交通方式的不断变革与升级,将不断扩大游客的游览半径,使遥不可及的旅游目的地变得越来越近。在丝绸之路沿线,郑西高铁是最早建成并通车的高铁,这条铁路共设10座车站,途经9县市,共5座地级市,串连起了我国历史上“八大古都”中的三座。西安作为我们四大古都之首,十三朝古都,洛阳也曾作为十三朝古都而存在,渭南以西岳华山享誉海内外,三门峡拥有国内著名的三门峡水利枢纽工程,郑州是河南省省会同时也是夏商故都。因此研究郑西高铁沿线五座城市10年间(2006年至2015年)旅游效率的变化,将为这些城市未来旅游政策的制定提供数据支撑,同时对国内其他城市的旅游业发展具有借鉴意义。通过对文献资料的研读,得知国外关于旅游效率方面的研究多是从业态层面进行阐述,如分析某座城市的酒店业或者旅行社的旅游效率,而极少以城市或区域的角度研究旅游效率。国内虽有省内城市间旅游效率的对比研究,但跨省市间城市旅游效率的研究并不多。以一条交通线串连几座城市,并将其作为研究对象进行城市旅游效率研究的极少。因此,本文在总结前人研究的基础上,结合这五座城市旅游产业发展的实际情况,构建出相对完整的评价指标体系,深化对城市旅游业效率问题的研究。通过数据收集及对西安、渭南、三门峡、洛阳、郑州五市旅游业发展特点的分析,最终将最能体现旅游业发展水平的第三产业从业人数、第三产业城市固定资产投资、城市旅游吸引力、旅客运输量、旅行社数量、星级酒店数量等六项投入指标和旅游总收入和游客接待量这两项产出指标作为本文的评价指标。在模型选择方面,选用可以使用多因子分析的DEA分析法CRS模型对五座城市旅游综合效率(即技术效率)进行计算,并使用DEA分析法的VRS模型对纯技术效率和规模效率进行计算,以分析当年每座城市旅游业的发展情况。此外还使用Malmquist(曼奎斯特)指数,对五座城市的全要素生产率变化进行核算,并对全要素生产率变化以及其分解效率变化特征进行分析和描述,以此得出每座城市旅游效率在10年间的动态变化过程。最后根据城市旅游效率的计算结果及影响因素,结合国家“一带一路”以及郑西高铁运营的背景,对这五座城市的旅游效率提升提出对策,以促进未来区域旅游业协调发展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of people's income, tourism has shown a good momentum of development. As a tourist destination and a tourist transit station, city has become a crucial link in the development of tourism. The proposal and implementation of Belt and Road's top-level strategy has given new development opportunities to cities along the Silk Road and radiation regions. Cities along the land Silk Road have a long history, rich cultural relics and attractive tourist resources. Among the six elements of tourism industry, traffic is a very important aspect. The continuous change and upgrading of traffic mode will constantly expand the tourist's tour radius and make the distant tourist destination more and more close. Along the Silk Road, the Zhengxi high-speed railway was the first to be built and opened to traffic. The railway consists of 10 stations, passing through nine counties and cities, five prefecture-level cities, and three of the "eight ancient capitals" in the history of China. Xi'an is the head of our four ancient capitals, the ancient capital of 13 dynasties, Luoyang also existed as the ancient capital of 13 dynasties. Weinan is famous at home and abroad for the West Yue Hua Mountain, and Sanmenxia has the famous Sanmenxia water conservancy project in China. Zhengzhou is the capital of Henan Province and also the capital of the Xia and Shang dynasties. Therefore, the study on the changes of tourism efficiency in five cities along the Zhengxi high-speed rail line in the past 10 years (from 2006 to 2015) will provide data support for the formulation of future tourism policies in these cities, and will also have reference significance for the tourism development of other cities in China. Through the study of the literature, we know that the study of tourism efficiency in foreign countries is mainly from the aspect of industry, such as analyzing the tourism efficiency of hotel industry or travel agency in a certain city. However, tourism efficiency is rarely studied from the angle of city or region. Although there is a comparative study on inter-city tourism efficiency in China, there are few studies on inter-provincial and inter-city tourism efficiency. Few cities are connected by a single traffic line and are regarded as the object of study on urban tourism efficiency. Therefore, on the basis of summarizing the previous studies and combining the actual situation of the five cities' tourism industry development, this paper constructs a relatively complete evaluation index system, and deepens the research on the urban tourism efficiency. Through data collection and analysis of the characteristics of tourism development in Xi'an, Weinan, Sanmenxia, Luoyang and Zhengzhou, the number of tertiary industry employees who can best reflect the level of tourism development and the investment in fixed assets of the tertiary industry cities will eventually be reflected. The evaluation index of this paper is the six input indexes of city tourism attraction, passenger transport volume, travel agency number and star hotel number, and the two output indexes of total tourist income and tourist reception. In the aspect of model selection, the CRS model of DEA analysis can be used to calculate the comprehensive efficiency of tourism in five cities (that is, technical efficiency), and the VRS model of DEA analysis is used to calculate the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency. In order to analyze the development of tourism in each city that year. In addition, the Malmquist index is used to calculate the change of total factor productivity (TFP) in five cities, and to analyze and describe the change of TFP and its decomposition efficiency. Based on this, the dynamic change process of tourism efficiency of each city in 10 years is obtained. Finally, according to the calculation results and influencing factors of urban tourism efficiency, combined with the background of the national "Belt and Road" and the high-speed railway operation in the west of Zhengzhou, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of regional tourism in the future.
