文创视角下的东郊记忆工业遗产旅游开发研究

【摘要】：城市化不断加速的大背景下,往日那些城市废旧工业遗址的去留问题成为现代社会正面临的抉择。成都作为一个西部城市,也在凭借一己之力维护这个时代的工业文明遗迹,以“北京798”为原型,创造了一个独特的“东郊记忆”,使工业遗存保护与文化创意产业发展的有机融合得到实现。然而作为成都工业遗产旅游发展的先驱代表,“东郊记忆”并未达到“‘北京798’之于北京”的高度与影响,成为成都的地标。为探究其原因,本文从文化创意的视角,对成都东郊记忆工业遗产旅游进行开发研究,运用文献研究法、实地考察法、价值分析法,对工业遗产旅游等相关问题的研究成果进行系统的分析和归纳,对“东郊记忆”工业遗产资源及其形成与发展进行梳理、分类,并从历史价值、社会文化价值、科学技术价值、旅游价值四个方面对“东郊记忆”工业遗产旅游资源进行价值分析,通过对“东郊记忆”发展现状及其工业遗产旅游资源的分析,总结出“东郊记忆”工业遗产旅游开发存在的问题主要包括:工业遗存与文化创意的脱节,游客体验互动产品开发的不足,过度商业化,基础配套服务不完善,营销宣传不到位。针对这些问题,从文化创意的视角,分析“东郊记忆”工业遗产旅游开发的原则,提出了适合文化创意视角下“东郊记忆”工业遗产旅游开发的对策:政府合理引导发展;加强工业遗产保护;完善旅游产品体系;加快文创产品创新;构建文创产业链条;注重旅游形象营销;完善配套设施建设;推进区域联合开发;健全人才培养机制。以期为以后的与文化创意结合的工业遗产旅游发展提出具有指导意义的建议。
[Abstract]:Under the background of accelerating urbanization, the problem of the old industrial sites in the past has become the choice that the modern society is facing. Chengdu, as a western city, is also relying on its own efforts to maintain the relics of industrial civilization of this era. It has created a unique "eastern suburb memory" with "Beijing 798" as its prototype. So that the protection of industrial heritage and the development of cultural and creative industries to achieve organic integration. However, as a pioneer representative of Chengdu's industrial heritage tourism development, "East suburb memory" has not reached the height and influence of "Beijing 798'to Beijing", and has become a landmark of Chengdu. In order to explore the reasons, this paper, from the perspective of culture and creativity, studies the development of memory industrial heritage tourism in the eastern suburb of Chengdu, and applies the methods of literature research, field investigation, value analysis, etc. This paper systematically analyzes and induces the research results of industrial heritage tourism and other related issues, combs and classifies the industrial heritage resources and their formation and development in the East suburb memory, and classifies them from historical value, social and cultural value, scientific and technological value, etc. This paper analyzes the tourism resources of "East suburb memory" industrial heritage in four aspects of tourism value, and analyzes the present situation of "East suburb memory" development and the industrial heritage tourism resources through the analysis of "East suburb memory". Summing up the problems existing in the industrial heritage tourism development of "East suburb memory", including the disconnection between industrial relics and cultural creativity, the deficiency of tourist experience interactive product development, excessive commercialization, and imperfect basic supporting services. Marketing propaganda is not in place. In view of these problems, from the perspective of cultural creativity, this paper analyzes the principles of industrial heritage tourism development of "East suburb memory", and puts forward the countermeasures suitable for the development of "East suburb memory" industrial heritage tourism from the perspective of cultural creativity: the government reasonably guides the development; Strengthen the protection of industrial heritage; perfect the system of tourism products; accelerate the innovation of Wen Chuang products; construct the industrial chain of Wen Chuang; pay attention to tourism image marketing; perfect the construction of supporting facilities; promote regional joint development; improve the talent training mechanism. The purpose of this paper is to provide suggestions for the future development of industrial heritage tourism combined with culture and creativity.
