【摘要】：旅游业是永远的朝阳产业,是我国战略性支柱产业和现代服务业。近年来,中国的旅游业以超乎想象的速度发展壮大起来,取得了令世人瞩目的成绩。现阶段,自助游、自驾游、非景点旅游占到出游人数的80%以上,人们外出旅行不再只是欣赏景点,而是希望深入目的地进行全方位的体验。我国传统的以景点、酒店、饭店建设为核心的"景点旅游"模式已不能满足人们多样化的旅游需求,全域旅游应运而生。2016年,国家旅游局提出,在大众化旅游时代,中国要从传统的"景点旅游"向"全域旅游"转变,将整个区域纳入旅游规划中,作为一个完整的旅游区来建设,实现区域内旅游与其他产业的协同发展。在我国"景点旅游"向"全域旅游"转型的时期,沂南县在总结以往旅游发展经验的基础上,开拓创新,在全域旅游建设中做了很多大胆的尝试,形成了"政府主导、多规合一"的全域旅游建设模式。本文以沂南县全域旅游发展作为研究对象和重点内容。首先,对本研究的相关概念和理论基础进行了梳理;其次,分析了我国旅游业的发展历程和全域旅游的内涵及要求;再次,分析了沂南县全域旅游发展的特点、影响及存在的问题,并提出了有针对性的意见和建议;最后,对全文进行了总结并对下一步的研究进行展望。深入研究沂南县全域旅游建设过程,总结经验教训,形成县域旅游全域化建设解决方案,为全域旅游的推广工作提供理论和实践支持,这对于推动我国全域旅游发展具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Tourism is a sunrise industry, a strategic pillar industry and a modern service industry. In recent years, China's tourism industry has expanded at an unimaginable speed and achieved remarkable results. At present, self-help tour, self-driving tour, non-scenic spot tourism account for more than 80% of the number of tourists, people go out to travel is no longer just to appreciate the scenic spot, but to go deep into the destination for all-round experience. The traditional "scenic spot tourism" mode with scenic spot, hotel and hotel construction as the core of our country can no longer meet the diversified tourism demand of people. In 2016, the National Tourism Bureau put forward that in the era of popular tourism, the whole area tourism has come into being. China should change from traditional "scenic spot tourism" to "global tourism", bring the whole region into tourism planning, construct it as a complete tourist area, and realize the coordinated development of tourism and other industries in the region. In the period of transition from "scenic spot tourism" to "global tourism" in China, Yinan County has made a lot of bold attempts in the construction of tourism in the whole region on the basis of summing up the experience of tourism development in the past and has made a lot of bold attempts. The whole-area tourism construction mode of multi-rules and one-in-all. This article takes the whole area tourism development of Yinan County as the research object and key content. First of all, the related concepts and theoretical basis of this study are combed; secondly, the development process of tourism in China and the connotation and requirements of global tourism are analyzed; thirdly, the characteristics of the overall tourism development in Yinan County are analyzed. Influence and existing problems, and put forward some suggestions and suggestions. Finally, the paper summarizes the full text and looks forward to the next research. In order to provide theoretical and practical support for the promotion of tourism in Yinan County, this paper deeply studies the process of tourism construction in Yinan County, summarizes the experience and lessons, and forms a solution for the construction of tourism in the county. It is of great significance to promote the development of tourism in the whole area of our country.
