淮海经济区城市旅游效率的时空特征与提升研究

【摘要】:进入21世纪,我国旅游产业日益蓬勃发展,旅游收益不断增加、旅游产业的投入不断扩大,旅游业曾被认为是投入少、见效快的无烟朝阳产业,而如今规模的盲目庞大、资源配置的不合理等旅游效率问题逐渐显现。淮海经济区拥有丰富的旅游资源,近年来对旅游业的投入力度开始加大,对于该区域旅游效率问题的探讨十分迫切与必要。通过阅读大量相关文献,梳理了城市旅游效率的主要研究进展;通过建立了旅游业发展的投入与产出指标体系;运用数据包络方法、变异系数等方法测度区域的旅游综合效率及分解效率;应用曼奎斯特指数的测度,探讨旅游业的全要素生产率特征;并利用GIS从空间的角度探究区域的旅游效率以及全要素生产率的演变特点,根据二者的综合特点划分出对应的效率演进类型;从供需的角度建立旅游效率的影响因素指标体系,通过构建回归模型探究其影响因素;建立旅游发展驱动力指标体系,探讨淮海经济区的旅游发展驱动力,并尝试分析该区域的旅游发展阶段;针对淮海经济区的旅游业发展,提出相应的提升对策。主要研究结论如下:(1)在旅游效率上,综合效率水平不高,区域差异较大,在分解效率上,旅游技术效率普遍较高、规模效率呈递增趋势;空间上,综合效率的空间特征并不稳定,呈分散状态分布,热点区逐渐向淮海经济区东北部转移,技术效率特征总体上先是分散后向区域内中部地区靠拢再演变为向区域的西南部和东北部集聚,旅游规模效率特征总体上由东部沿海地区为集聚地后呈现分散状态特征最后演变为向东北部和中部集聚。(2)在旅游全要素生产率上,总体上波动变化特征较为显著,主要表现为“降-升循环模式”,综合效率变化与规模效率变化在一定程度上阻碍了全要素生产率的提高;空间上,旅游全要素生产率呈现出热点区域数量不多、冷点区域不断减少、次热点与次冷点区域大致均衡的特征,区域上,大体表现为豫东、皖北相关城市多热点、鲁南相关城市多冷点、苏北多城市在次热点与次冷点之间徘徊特征。(3)结合旅游效率的大小情况以及旅游效率变化快慢这两者特征将淮海经济区旅游效率划分为低降型、低升型、高升型与高降型四种效率状态类型,并简要分析其成因。(4)从供给与需求两方面对区域的城市旅游效率的影响因素分析,发现A级景区数量、公路密度、固定资产投资、第三产业从业人数、人口数量、城镇居民家庭人均可支配收入对旅游效率存在显著影响。(5)从“推-拉”的角度构建旅游发展驱动指标,得出淮海经济区的旅游发展驱动力以资源驱动为主、区位与设施驱动为辅的驱动类型,并发现区域目前处于旅游成长期。(6)从投资主体、投资范围的扩大,行业技术的提高与应用,改进资源配置等方面的改善有利于旅游效率的提高与旅游发展阶段的促进。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, the tourism industry of our country is booming day by day, the tourism income is increasing, the investment of the tourism industry is expanding constantly, the tourism industry has been regarded as the smokeless sunrise industry with less investment and quick effect, but now the scale is blind and huge. The unreasonable allocation of resources and other tourism efficiency problems gradually appear. Huaihai Economic Zone is rich in tourism resources, in recent years, the investment in tourism began to increase, so it is urgent and necessary to discuss the tourism efficiency in this area. Through reading a large number of relevant documents, combing the main research progress of urban tourism efficiency; by establishing the index system of input and output of tourism development; using data envelopment method, The coefficient of variation and other methods are used to measure the comprehensive efficiency and decomposition efficiency of tourism, and the characteristics of total factor productivity of tourism are discussed by using the measure of Manquist index. Using GIS to explore the evolution characteristics of regional tourism efficiency and total factor productivity from the angle of space, to divide the corresponding types of efficiency evolution according to their comprehensive characteristics, to establish the index system of influencing factors of tourism efficiency from the angle of supply and demand. Through the establishment of regression model to explore its influencing factors, to establish the driving force index system of tourism development, to explore the driving force of tourism development in Huaihai economic zone, and to try to analyze the tourism development stage of Huaihai Economic Zone, and to analyze the tourism development of Huaihai Economic Zone. Put forward the corresponding promotion countermeasure. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) in terms of tourism efficiency, the level of comprehensive efficiency is not high, and the regional differences are large. In terms of decomposition efficiency, tourism technology efficiency is generally high, and scale efficiency is increasing. The spatial characteristics of the comprehensive efficiency are unstable and distributed in a dispersed state, and the hot spots are gradually transferred to the northeast of the Huaihai Economic Zone. On the whole, the characteristics of technical efficiency firstly dispersed and then moved closer to the central region and then evolved to the southwest and northeast of the region. On the whole, the characteristics of tourism scale efficiency from the eastern coastal area to the eastern coastal area as the agglomeration place presented the dispersed state characteristics, and finally evolved to the northeast and central agglomeration. (2) in the total factor productivity of tourism, the fluctuation characteristics were more significant. The change of comprehensive efficiency and scale efficiency hinder the improvement of total factor productivity to some extent, and in space, the total factor productivity of tourism shows a small number of hot spots, the change of comprehensive efficiency and scale efficiency hinder the improvement of total factor productivity to a certain extent, and the change of comprehensive efficiency and scale efficiency hinder the improvement of total factor productivity to some extent. The characteristics of the equilibrium between sub-hot spot and sub-cold spot region are decreasing. In the region, there are many hot spots in eastern Henan and northern Anhui cities, and many cold spots in southern Shandong cities. The tourism efficiency of Huaihai Economic Zone is divided into two types: low descending type and low ascending type, combined with the size of tourism efficiency and the speed of tourism efficiency change. This paper analyzes the four efficiency state types of high rise and high descending, and briefly analyzes the factors that influence the urban tourism efficiency in terms of supply and demand, and finds out that the number of A-grade scenic spots, highway density, fixed assets investment, and so on. The number of employees in the tertiary industry, the number of the population, and the per capita disposable income of urban households have a significant impact on tourism efficiency. It is concluded that the driving force of tourism development in Huaihai Economic Zone is mainly driven by resources, supplemented by location and facilities, and that the region is currently in the tourism growth period. (6) from the main body of investment, the scope of investment is expanded. The enhancement and application of industry technology and the improvement of resource allocation are beneficial to the improvement of tourism efficiency and the promotion of tourism development stage.
