中国世界地质公园的发展及评估意义

【摘要】：随着近年来旅游业的兴起,地质公园一词已经并不陌生。世界地质公园更因其品牌效应,巨大的影响力成为越来越多出游者最佳选择目的地。世界地质公园不仅拥有珍贵的地质遗迹景观,同时集科普教育、科学研究于一体。游览地质公园的同时也受到一次知识的洗礼。世界地质公园的建立更能为地方创收,提高区域就业率,带动经济发展。在众多益处的驱使下,越来越多的地区申请加入世界地质公园网络,渴望成为世界地质公园,也有很多成功跻身世界地质公园行列。中国自2003年开始建立世界地质公园,经过十余年的发展,取得了举世瞩目的成绩。世界地质公园的加入以及世界地质公园后续的发展都需要经过一系列严格的程序。尤其每四年一次的评估工作,是判断世界地质公园是否可以继续享有联合国教科文组织支持的标准。中国33家世界地质公园中即有准备评估的,也有多次评估的。每个公园结合自身特色对评估工作都有不同程度的准备以及经验,同时四年一次的评估也为每一个公园的健康发展提出宝贵的意见和建议。本文在新的章程出台的基础上,认真研读。通过材料收集和实地走访的方式,对中国的十家世界地质公园的评估工作进行了认真的分析。从地质公园建设发展到评估时专家提出的意见做深刻分析,找出中国地质公园发展存在的问题,对地质公园带来了哪些促进作用,据此得出地质公园评估过程中管理和建设单位应该如何做的指导性意见,供其他公园参考。
[Abstract]:With the rise of tourism in recent years, the term geopark is no stranger. Because of its brand effect, the world geopark has become the best destination for more and more tourists. The World Geopark has not only precious geological relics, but also popular science education and scientific research. Visiting the geopark is also a baptism of knowledge. The establishment of the World Geopark can generate income for the local areas, increase the regional employment rate and promote economic development. Driven by so many benefits, more and more regions are applying to join the world geopark network, hoping to become a world geopark, and many of them have successfully joined the ranks of the world geopark. China has established the world geopark since 2003. After more than ten years of development, it has made remarkable achievements. The accession of the World Geopark and the subsequent development of the World Geopark require a series of strict procedures. The quinquennial assessment, in particular, is to determine whether the World Geopark can continue to enjoy UNESCO-supported criteria. China's 33 world geopark are ready to assess, there are also multiple assessments. Each park has different levels of preparation and experience in the evaluation work in combination with its own characteristics. Meanwhile, the quadrennial evaluation also provides valuable advice and suggestions for the healthy development of each park. On the basis of the new articles of association, this article is carefully studied. Through data collection and field visit, the evaluation work of ten world geopark in China is analyzed carefully. From the development of geopark construction to the evaluation of geopark construction, experts made a profound analysis to find out the problems existing in the development of China's geopark, and to find out what promotion role has been brought to the geopark. Based on this, the guiding opinions on how to manage and construct the geopark in the process of evaluation are obtained, which can be used as reference for other parks.
