衡阳市乡村休闲旅游发展策略研究

【摘要】：20世纪80年代以来,随着农村产业结构的调整,发展乡村休闲旅游业成为解决“三农”问题的重要途径之一。国家旅游扶贫工程不仅促进了贫困地区乡村休闲旅游业的发展,而且社会主义新农村建设也为乡村休闲旅游业的发展提供了良好契机。伴随着我国国内旅游业的蓬勃兴起及大众观光旅游产品的多样化发展进程,尤其是国家旅游局将1998年确定为我国生态环境主题年的举措,极大地推动了乡村休闲旅游的兴起和发展。文章首先对衡阳市乡村休闲旅游业的现状做了介绍,运用文献研究法和实地调研法并结合社会学、生态学、旅游学和管理学的理论对衡阳市乡村休闲旅游的发展进行分析。在总结国内外乡村休闲旅游文献研究的基础上,对衡阳市乡村休闲旅游资源的空间分布和产品类型进行了归纳整理,并指出了衡阳市现有的乡村休闲旅游发展类型主要有传统的农家园林型、观光果园型、景区旅舍型；从经营形态划分可分为城市郊区型、景区周边型、特色村寨依托型三种模式。然后通过对所收集的资料进行整理分析,掌握衡阳市乡村休闲旅游目前存在的普遍问题：管理体制不健全、基础设施建设薄弱、环境破坏严重、本土文化特色丢失严重。针对这些问题在通过对欧美国家乡村休闲旅游发展经验借鉴的基础上,提出可行性的建议：强调政府主导、创新管理体制、制定可持续发展的旅游人才开发政策措施、强化环境治理及景观绿化、创新乡村休闲旅游产品、打造衡阳环城游憩带、突出乡村民俗文化特色。关于衡阳市乡村休闲旅游发展策略的研究,今后还可以从营销策略出发并结合消费者行为对当地营销策略的影响来进行。还可以从行业整体结构和发展情况进行分析,突出行业协会的作用等。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, with the adjustment of the rural industrial structure, the development of rural leisure tourism has become one of the important ways to solve the "three rural" problem. The National Tourism poverty alleviation project not only promotes the development of the rural leisure tourism in the poor areas, but also provides a good socialist new rural construction for the development of rural leisure tourism. Good opportunity. With the booming of China's domestic tourism and the diversified development process of the popular tourism products, especially the National Tourism Bureau has decided to be the theme year of the ecological environment in 1998, which has greatly promoted the rise and development of rural leisure tourism.
The article first introduces the present situation of rural leisure tourism in Hengyang. It analyzes the development of rural leisure tourism in Hengyang with the theory of literature research and field investigation and the theory of sociology, ecology, tourism and management. On the basis of summarizing the research on rural leisure tourism at home and abroad, the rural leisure tourism in Hengyang city is closed. The spatial distribution and product types of leisure tourism resources are summarized, and the existing types of rural leisure tourism development in Hengyang are mainly traditional farm garden type, sightseeing orchard type and Tourist Hostel type. From the operation form division, it can be divided into three types: urban suburb type, scenic area peripheral type and characteristic village relying type. Through the collation and analysis of the collected data, the common problems existing in the rural leisure tourism in Hengyang are as follows: the management system is not sound, the infrastructure construction is weak, the environmental damage is serious, and the local cultural characteristics are lost seriously.
On the basis of the experience for the development of rural leisure tourism in European and American countries, the suggestions are put forward: emphasizing government led, innovating management system, making sustainable development policies and measures for tourism talent development, strengthening environmental governance and landscape greening, innovating rural leisure tourism products and creating Hengyang tour around the city Divert belt, highlight the characteristics of rural folk culture.
The research on the development strategy of Hengyang rural leisure tourism can be carried out from the marketing strategy and the influence of consumer behavior on the local marketing strategy in the future. It can also analyze the overall structure and development of the industry, and highlight the role of the industry association.
