瑞安市乡村旅游产业发展现状及对策研究

【摘要】：乡村旅游起源于欧洲,在中国兴起于20世纪80年代,目前仍然还处于初级阶段,但发展十分迅速,越来越成为人们的生活新时尚,乡村旅游产业发展也成为农村经济发展的新增长点,为此,国内学者也不乏对乡村旅游的研究。本文通过理论分析、问卷调查,总结出瑞安市乡村旅游产业发展现状和当前存在的问题,并运用SWOT分析法分析了瑞安市乡村旅游产业发展的现行优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,最后对瑞安市乡村旅游发展提出对策建议。具体研究结果如下：瑞安乡村旅游存在乡村旅游项目规划性不强,经营者开发形式单一雷同；旅游项目乡村性特色不足,没有深度挖掘出本土特色性；乡村旅游项目盲目开发,资源保护监管力度不够；乡村旅游景点配套设施条件差,服务人员素质不高；缺乏专业科学的管理机制等等问题,这些问题如果不能得到很好的解决,今后乡村旅游也可能会出现更多的问题。通过SWOT分析,瑞安市乡村旅游具有资源、经济、区位客源和地理交通优势；也存在资源开发形式单一、政策引导性不够、旅游基础设施建设有待完善、品牌优势不强等劣势；瑞安市乡村旅游也面临生态式绿色型旅游发展前景广阔、区域间旅游合作机制加强的产业发展机会；同时也有着周边地区同类旅游市场发展、旅游带来的污染问题等威胁挑战。瑞安市乡村旅游产业要发展壮大,应从加大政府政策优惠和扶持资金投入、制订科学的区域性乡村旅游规划、建立行业内部规范体系,成立行业协会、加大乡村旅游基础设施和配套设施建设、走可持续发展的生态旅游之路,自然资源和生态资源、打造区域内特色的明星产品品牌、因地制宜地开发乡村旅游项目等方面着手,健康有序地发展。希望笔者的研究结果能对瑞安市乡村旅游产业的发展起到借鉴指导作用.
[Abstract]:Rural tourism originated in Europe and rose in China in the 1980s. It is still in its infancy, but it has developed rapidly and become a new fashion in people's life. The development of rural tourism industry has also become a new growth point of rural economic development. Through theoretical analysis and questionnaire survey, this paper summarizes the present situation and existing problems of rural tourism industry in Ruian city, and analyzes the current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of rural tourism industry development in Ruian city by using SWOT analysis method. Finally, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of rural tourism in Ruian City. The specific research results are as follows: the rural tourism project planning is not strong, the operator development form is single similar; the rural tourism project has insufficient rural characteristics and does not dig out the local characteristics; the rural tourism project blind development, Resources protection and supervision are not strong enough; the conditions of supporting facilities in rural tourist attractions are poor, the quality of service personnel is not high; the lack of professional and scientific management mechanism, and so on, if these problems cannot be solved very well, Rural tourism in the future may also appear more problems. According to SWOT analysis, rural tourism in Ruian city has the advantages of resources, economy, location and transportation, and there are some disadvantages, such as the single form of resource development, the lack of policy guidance, the construction of tourism infrastructure, the weak brand advantages, and so on. Rural tourism in Ruian city is also faced with the bright prospect of eco-green tourism and the opportunity of industrial development with the strengthening of inter-regional tourism cooperation mechanism. At the same time, there are also threats such as the development of the similar tourism market and the pollution caused by tourism in the surrounding areas. In order to develop and expand the rural tourism industry in Ruian City, it is necessary to increase government policy preferences and support capital investment, formulate scientific regional rural tourism planning, establish an internal normative system for the industry, and set up trade associations. To increase the construction of rural tourism infrastructure and supporting facilities, take the path of sustainable development of eco-tourism, natural resources and ecological resources, create star product brands with regional characteristics, and develop rural tourism projects in accordance with local conditions, etc. Develop in a healthy and orderly manner. I hope that the results of the study can play a guiding role in the development of rural tourism industry in Ruian City.
