【摘要】:当前,在我国社会主义市场经济条件下,企业间的竞争越来越激烈,,资源枯竭、环境污染、雾霾天气等越来越引起人们对企业履行社会责任问题的关注。旅游业作为正在迅速发展的朝阳产业,一方面促进了国民经济发展、促进就业、提升人们生活品质,另一方面又存在旅游产品开发、保护员工权益、旅行社诚信等方面的责任缺失问题,这些问题严重影响了旅行社在公众心目中的形象,制约着旅行社的科学发展。在生态旅游、绿色环保的理念下,我国旅行社社会责任现状如何,症结何在,出路又在何方,这些问题急需学界进行深入探讨与研究。 本文以中国国际旅行社总社为案例,探讨旅行社社会责任问题,论文整体上分为五个部分。第一章主要从选题背景、研究综述、研究方法等方面了介绍了论文的思路。第二章主要分析旅行社社会责任的相关理论基础,并指出了相应的责任对象以及旅行社现阶段履行社会责任的必要性。为分析当前我国旅行社社会责任问题提供了理论基础。第三章“以国旅为例试析我国旅行社承担社会责任的现状”,本章作为本文研究的重要部分,以实例为基础分析了我国现阶段旅行社在经济发展、环境保护、社会公益方面履行社会责任取得的成就,同时分析社会责任缺失的主要表现。第四章从旅行社经营者、社会责任管理体制、经济社会发展水平、社会责任评价机制等角度分析了现阶段我国旅行社社会责任缺失的主要原因。第五章从政府、企业、公众与媒体三个层面提出我国旅行社旅行社会责任的具体措施和实现路径。
[Abstract]:At present, under the condition of socialist market economy in our country, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce, resources exhausted, environmental pollution, haze weather and so on, more and more people pay attention to the problem of corporate social responsibility. Tourism, as a sunrise industry, is developing rapidly. On the one hand, it has promoted the development of the national economy, promoted employment and improved the quality of life of people. On the other hand, there are tourism products development and protection of employees' rights and interests. The lack of responsibility in travel agency integrity seriously affects the image of travel agency in the eyes of the public and restricts the scientific development of travel agency. Under the concept of eco-tourism and green environmental protection, the current situation, the crux and the way out of the social responsibility of travel agencies in China need to be discussed and studied in depth. This paper takes the China International Travel Service as a case to discuss the social responsibility of travel agencies. The paper is divided into five parts as a whole. The first chapter mainly introduces the ideas of the thesis from the background, research summary, research methods and so on. The second chapter mainly analyzes the relevant theoretical basis of travel agency social responsibility and points out the corresponding object of responsibility and the necessity of the travel agency to fulfill social responsibility at the present stage. It provides a theoretical basis for analyzing the problem of social responsibility of travel agencies in China. The third chapter is "taking China Travel Service as an example to analyze the present situation of travel agency's social responsibility in our country". As an important part of this paper, this chapter analyzes the economic development and environmental protection of travel agency in China at the present stage on the basis of examples. At the same time, it analyzes the main performance of the lack of social responsibility. The fourth chapter analyzes the main reasons for the lack of social responsibility of travel agencies in China at present from the perspectives of travel agency operators, social responsibility management system, economic and social development level, social responsibility evaluation mechanism and so on. The fifth chapter puts forward the concrete measures and the way to realize the responsibility of travel agencies in China from three aspects: government, enterprise, public and media.
