云南省旅游经济增长影响因素的实证分析

【摘要】：旅游业是服务业的中坚力量，也是推动世界经济迅速发展的重要产业。近年来，我国的旅游业快速发展，对地区经济增长的作用也是日益明显,但目前我国旅游经济发展正处于成长阶段。云南省位于我国西南边陲地区，有“动物王国”和“植物王国”的美誉，拥有丰富的旅游资源和优美的自然生态环境。1995年这个特殊的日子里云南省把旅游业确定为五大支柱产业之一，经过多年来的努力，产业规模已经不断扩大，产业体系也已经基本形成，现在逐步开始由资源的原始资本积累阶段向资本为纽带的阶段转变，由单一地方向区域联合发展转变，由单一的观光旅游转向观光旅游和旅游休闲度假良性互动型。但是，由于云南省经济发展起步晚，发展缓慢，虽然云南旅游经济发展对云南经济增长贡献率较高，但近十年来增长率却相对较低。因此，我们对云南旅游经济增长因素的研究，不仅能加快云南旅游经济发展的现实要求，而且可以给以旅游业为支柱产业的地区带来重要的借鉴意义和参考价值。本文在旅游业被称为21世纪兴起的“朝阳产业”和作为云南省五大支柱产业之一的大背景下，根据云南的实际情况，，结合国内外学者的相关研究，介绍本文所运用的改进型的灰色关联分析理论，阐述云南省旅游业的经济发展现状，分析云南省旅游经济增长现状，探索云南旅游经济增长影响因素，从而找出云南旅游经济增长影响因素的影响大小和作用方向，有利于解决云南旅游业在经济持续增长过程中存在的问题。据此，本文通过分析云南旅游经济增长影响因素，提出了促进云南旅游经济增长的对策和建议：加强云南旅游环境治理与生态保护，促进云南旅游业的可持续发展；加强云南与国内、东南亚的区域旅游合作发展，充分发挥云南省的地理优势；提高云南旅游业的服务质量和效率；加强对云南本土民族文化的保护；加强对云南旅游服务业产品及服务价格的规范化；加强对云南旅游业管理的规范化和法律化；加强政策指导，资金扶持力度，大力发展云南休闲度假旅游。本文结合自己的实际情况，指出了自己的不足之处，有待进一步完善。
[Abstract]:Tourism is the backbone of the service industry and an important industry to promote the rapid development of the world economy. In recent years, the rapid development of tourism in China, the role of regional economic growth is increasingly obvious, but at present, the development of tourism economy in China is in the growth stage. Yunnan Province is located in the southwestern border area of our country, and has the reputation of "animal kingdom" and "plant kingdom". Yunnan Province identified tourism as one of the five pillar industries on this special day in 1995. After years of hard work, the scale of the industry has been continuously expanded. The industrial system has also been basically formed, and now it is gradually beginning to change from the stage of primitive capital accumulation of resources to the stage of capital as a link, and from a single place to a regional joint development. From a single tourism to tourism and tourism leisure vacation benign interaction. However, due to the late start and slow development of Yunnan's economy, although the contribution rate of Yunnan's tourism economic development to Yunnan's economic growth is relatively high, the growth rate of Yunnan's economy has been relatively low in recent ten years. Therefore, our research on the factors of Yunnan tourism economic growth can not only speed up the development of Yunnan tourism economy, but also bring important reference significance and reference value to the areas where tourism industry is the pillar industry. Under the background that tourism is called "rising sun industry" in the 21st century and as one of the five pillar industries in Yunnan Province, according to the actual situation of Yunnan, combined with the relevant research of scholars at home and abroad, This paper introduces the improved grey relational analysis theory used in this paper, expounds the present situation of Yunnan tourism economic development, analyzes the present situation of Yunnan tourism economic growth, and probes into the influencing factors of Yunnan tourism economic growth. It is helpful to find out the influence and direction of the influencing factors of Yunnan tourism economic growth, which is helpful to solve the problems existing in the process of sustained economic growth of Yunnan tourism. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of Yunnan tourism economic growth, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote Yunnan tourism economic growth: strengthening Yunnan tourism environment governance and ecological protection, promoting the sustainable development of Yunnan tourism; Strengthen the regional tourism cooperation between Yunnan and China, Southeast Asia, give full play to Yunnan's geographical advantages, improve the service quality and efficiency of Yunnan tourism, strengthen the protection of the local culture of Yunnan; Strengthen the standardization of Yunnan tourism service products and service prices, strengthen the standardization and legalization of Yunnan tourism management, strengthen policy guidance, financial support, and vigorously develop Yunnan leisure tourism. This article unifies own actual situation, has pointed out own inadequacies, needs to be further consummated.
