历史文化街区旅游开发适宜性评价——以南京市为例

【摘要】：旅游开发已成为近年来城市历史文化街区复兴的主要方式之一,但盲目的旅游开发易给街区内的遗产造成无法弥补的损失,有必要对其进行适宜性评价。传统的旅游资源及其适宜性评价模型过度强调旅游资源本身的价值,已无法满足对于社会和生态环境有较强依赖性的城市历史文化街区资源的需要。基于此,提出了适应城市历史文化街区发展需要的旅游开发适宜性评价模型,指标突出了历史文化街区和旅游开发的本质,包括旅游资源质量、社会和生态环境、配套设施和开发潜力四个方面。以南京市8个重点历史文化街区为例,运用熵值法与层次分析法中的和积法相结合的赋权方法进行实证分析,验证了模型的可操作性及其在历史文化街区旅游发展背景下的指导价值。
[Abstract]:Tourism development has become one of the main ways of urban historical and cultural district revival in recent years, but blind tourism development is easy to cause irreparable losses to the heritage of the block, so it is necessary to evaluate its suitability. The traditional evaluation model of tourism resources and its suitability overemphasizes the value of tourism resources and can not meet the needs of urban historical and cultural district resources which depend on social and ecological environment. Based on this, this paper puts forward a suitable evaluation model of tourism development for the development of urban historical and cultural blocks. The indicators highlight the essence of historical and cultural blocks and tourism development, including the quality of tourism resources, social and ecological environment. Supporting facilities and development potential in four areas. Taking eight important historical and cultural blocks in Nanjing as an example, the paper makes an empirical analysis by using the weighting method of entropy value method combined with the sum product method of AHP. It verifies the maneuverability of the model and its guiding value under the background of historical and cultural district tourism development.
