大理双廊旅游业可持续发展研究

【摘要】：经过多年的发展,旅游业已经成为了我国经济增长的主要支柱产业之一,与此同时,我国传统的旅游开发弊端也日益凸显。具体表现在对于旅游资源的掠夺性开发、对于旅游目的地的粗放式管理等方面。如何建立可持续发展的旅游业,对于规范旅游目的旅游资源的可持续利用,引导旅游业可持续发展,具有重要的理论和实践意义。近年来,伴随着大理旅游的深度开发,双廊镇的旅游产业也迎来了发展契机。双廊丰富而独具民族特色的旅游资源令人们心驰向往,显示出极具开发的潜力。双廊的知名度不断飙升,吸引了众多的旅游爱好者慕名而来。但是,也相继出现了一系列问题严重影响了大理双廊旅游业的可持续发展。大理双廊旅游资源的脆弱性、稀缺性等特征要求我们将原来粗放型的、纯粹追求增长速度和经济效益的发展模式转变为追求资源永续利用、经济、文化、环境协调发展的模式。那么,如何树立科学的旅游资源观,开发与保护并举,协调好各利益相关者的利益,使得大理双廊吸引力持续存在?这是双廊旅游业可持续发展必须要回答的重要问题。本论文主要是围绕着可持续发展理论、旅游目的地生命周期理论、外部性理论和利益相关者理论来讨论双廊现有的优势资源和存在的问题,分析双廊旅游业可持续发展的条件,通过分析、问卷统计和实地走访,总结出可持续发展对引导双廊旅游发展具有重要的理论和实践意义,针对双廊旅游存在的不足之处和可持续发展资源条件分析,进一步分析双廊进行可持续发展面临的困境和挑战。最后通过结合双廊自身特点,从市场开拓如定位、市场促销、文化资源保护和可持续发展系统如环境保护、基础设施建设、市场机制和监管等多个方面实现双廊旅游的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:After years of development, tourism has become one of the main pillar industries of China's economic growth. At the same time, the disadvantages of traditional tourism development have become increasingly prominent. It is manifested in the predatory development of tourism resources and extensive management of tourist destinations. How to establish sustainable tourism is of great theoretical and practical significance for standardizing the sustainable utilization of tourism resources and guiding the sustainable development of tourism. In recent years, with the deep development of Dali tourism, the tourism industry of Shuanglang Town also ushered in the opportunity of development. The rich and unique tourist resources of Shuanglang make people yearn for it and show great potential for development. The popularity of the double Corridor has soared and attracted many tourists. However, a series of problems have seriously affected the sustainable development of Dali double-corridor tourism. The characteristics of vulnerability and scarcity of tourism resources in double corridors of Dali require us to change the original development model of extensive, pure pursuit of growth speed and economic benefit into a mode of sustainable utilization of resources, economy, culture and environment harmonious development. So, how to set up a scientific view of tourism resources, develop and protect simultaneously, coordinate the interests of all stakeholders, and make the attraction of Dali double Corridor sustainable? This is the double corridor tourism sustainable development must answer the important question. This paper focuses on sustainable development theory, tourism destination life cycle theory, externality theory and stakeholder theory to discuss the existing advantage resources and existing problems of double corridors, and analyze the conditions of sustainable development of double corridors tourism. Through analysis, questionnaire statistics and field visits, it is concluded that sustainable development has important theoretical and practical significance in guiding the development of double-corridor tourism, aiming at the shortcomings of double-corridor tourism and the analysis of sustainable development resource conditions. Further analyze the difficulties and challenges facing the sustainable development of double corridors. Finally, by combining the characteristics of the double corridors, from the market development such as positioning, market promotion, cultural resources protection and sustainable development systems such as environmental protection, infrastructure construction, Market mechanism and supervision and other aspects to achieve the sustainable development of double corridor tourism.
