基于可持续发展的城中湖旅游目的地开发研究——以《武汉东湖风景区可持续发展战略规划》为例

【摘要】：为了促进我国城中湖旅游业可持续发展,以武汉东湖风景区可持续发展战略规划为案例,应用可持续发展理论,对城中湖环境相对封闭、用地权属关系复杂、景区生态保护落后、内部交通不畅、服务设施较差等旅游产业发展要素进行分析研究。在此基础上,对城中湖风景区深度开发、生态维护、交通可达性、促进经济增长和增加就业机会、打造慢生活等规划原则与功能设计进行了探讨,并对未来城中湖规划合理的景区范围、凸现水域区的功能与作用、景区详细规划与景点修造、水质环境监测与水资源保护开发提出建议。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the sustainable development of tourism in the city of China, taking the sustainable development strategic planning of Wuhan East Lake Scenic spot as a case, applying the theory of sustainable development, the environment of the lake in the city is relatively closed and the relationship of land ownership is complex. The development factors of tourism industry, such as backward ecological protection, poor internal traffic and poor service facilities, are analyzed and studied. On this basis, the planning principles and functions of deep development, ecological maintenance, transportation accessibility, promoting economic growth and increasing employment opportunities, and creating slow living of the scenic spots in the city are discussed. Some suggestions are put forward for the future rational planning of the lake in the city, including the scope of the scenic area, the function and function of the salient water area, the detailed planning and construction of the scenic spot, the monitoring of water quality and environment and the development of water resources protection.
