自助游客感知的智慧旅游模型框架构建与实证研究

【摘要】:以旅游市场最大群体自助游客为研究主体,以智慧旅游平台为客体,以自助游客了解旅游产品、制定旅游计划、实施旅游计划和分享旅游体验的行为过程为线索,建构智慧旅游平台对于自助游客行为影响的研究模型,并对自助游客体验感知进行实证分析。研究显示:智慧旅游平台显著正向影响自助游客旅游行为全过程,并提高自助旅游满意度;分享旅游体验对自助游客认知旅游产品具有显著正向影响;自助游客的个体特征差异对智慧旅游满意度具有不同影响。从我国智慧旅游的产业实践看,"科技惠游"还未显规模效应,智慧旅游平台建构尚有进一步提升的空间。
[Abstract]:Taking the largest group of tourists in the tourism market as the research subject, taking the Intelligent Tourism platform as the object, taking the self-help tourists to understand the tourist products, making the tourism plan, implementing the tourism plan and sharing the travel experience, the research model of the influence of the Intelligent Tourism platform on the behavior of the self-help tourists and the self-help tourist experience are constructed. The research shows that the Intelligent Tourism platform significantly affects the whole process of self-help tourist behavior and improves the satisfaction of self-help tourism, and the sharing of tourism experience has a significant positive impact on the cognitive tourism products of self-help tourists; the individual characteristics of self-help tourists have different effects on the satisfaction of intelligent tourism. The industrial practice of smart tourism in China shows that "technology tourism" has not yet shown the scale effect, and there is room for further improvement in the construction of smart tourism platform.
