株洲市城郊休闲农业发展对策研究

【摘要】：休闲农业作为一种涵盖了三次产业,实现了三大产业交叉融合的新兴产业,具有优化产业结构、增加农民收入、加速发展地方经济等显著作用,经过近些年的发展,逐渐成为了新农村建设的亮点和农村经济发展的新增长点,因此,发展休闲农业也成为了统筹推进城乡一体化的一种重要途径。随着株洲市经济社会的快速发展,人们收入的增多、消费观念的转变以及消费水平的提高,人们除吃穿以外的追求日益增多,与此同时,节假日的增多、私家车数量不断增加以及交通条件的进一步改善等,促使人们到乡村旅游、休闲度假、参与体验的人越来越多,这都为发展休闲农业的提供了广阔的市场空间。本文从简要阐述休闲农业的相关概念和理论入手,通过系统、深入的分析当前株洲市城郊休闲农业的发展现状,指出当前株洲市城郊休闲农业发展过程中,存在产业发展环境有待改善、经营管理水平不高、部分经营者对休闲农业的内涵认识不清、部分企业的品牌意识不强等问题,在此基础上,通过借鉴国内外发展休闲农业的经验,有针对性地提出株洲市城郊休闲农业发展的对策,即：一是要优化发展环境；二是要提升管理水平；三是要理清发展思路；四是要突出品牌建设。最后,通过对株洲市城郊休闲农业发展的研究,总结归纳出城郊型休闲农业发展的一般思路,即：一是要提高认识,转变观念；二是要准确定位,协同推进；三是要因地制宜,突出特色。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture, as a new industry covering three industries and realizing the cross integration of the three industries, has the remarkable function of optimizing the industrial structure, increasing farmers' income, accelerating the development of local economy and so on. It has gradually become the bright spot of the new rural construction and the new growth point of rural economic development. Therefore, the development of leisure agriculture has become an important way to promote the integration of urban and rural areas as a whole. With the rapid development of Zhuzhou's economy and society, the increase of people's income, the change of consumption concept and the improvement of consumption level, the pursuit of people besides food and clothing is increasing day by day, at the same time, the number of holidays is increasing. The increasing number of private cars and the further improvement of traffic conditions promote people to travel to the countryside, leisure vacation, more and more people participate in the experience, which provides a broad market space for the development of leisure agriculture. This article starts with the brief introduction of the related concepts and theories of leisure agriculture, through the system, deeply analyzes the present situation of Zhuzhou suburb leisure agriculture, and points out the current development process of Zhuzhou suburb leisure agriculture. On the basis of the problems of industry development environment to be improved, the level of management is not high, some operators have unclear understanding of the connotation of leisure agriculture, some enterprises have not strong brand awareness, etc. Through drawing lessons from the experience of developing leisure agriculture at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the development of leisure agriculture in Zhuzhou suburb: first, to optimize the development environment; second, to improve the management level; third, to clarify the development ideas; Fourth, to highlight brand building. Finally, through the research on the development of suburban leisure agriculture in Zhuzhou, the author summarizes the general ideas of the development of suburban leisure agriculture, that is: first, to improve the understanding and change the concept; second, to position accurately and promote collaboratively; third, to take measures according to local conditions.
