自然观光地旅游劳工从业特征与空间分布的性别差异研究——以九寨沟、黄山为例

【摘要】：以九寨沟、黄山地区旅游从业人员为研究对象,利用统计数据,运用卡方检验、独立样本T检验、地理集中指数、空间吸引半径指数等方法探讨九寨沟、黄山地区旅游从业人员之间的性别差异,从地理学角度分析旅游从业人员来源地空间分布特征的性别差异。结果显示:①旅游从业人员中女性平均年龄小于男性,在行业、职位上存在显著的性别隔离;②旅游从业人员以移民为主,移民中男性居多,本地从业人员以女性为主;③女性旅游从业人员比男性空间分布更集中,空间吸引半径更小;④不同职位的旅游从业人员空间吸引半径和地理集中指数都存在着显著的性别差异。
[Abstract]:Taking tourism practitioners in Jiuzhaigou and Huangshan as research objects, using statistical data, using chi-square test, independent sample T test, geographical concentration index, spatial attraction radius index and so on, this paper discusses Jiuzhaigou. The gender differences among tourism practitioners in Huangshan area were analyzed from the geographical point of view. The results showed that the average age of female tourism workers was smaller than that of men, and there was a significant gender segregation in the profession. 2. The majority of immigrants were male, and the majority of local employees were female. (3) the spatial distribution of female tourism practitioners is more concentrated than that of men. There are significant gender differences in spatial attraction radius and geographical concentration index of tourism practitioners with smaller spatial attraction radius and smaller spatial attraction radius.
