临沂市旅游业产业链整合模式分析

【摘要】：随着经济的发展，生活水平的日益提高，人民对于外出旅游的需求也日趋旺盛。旅游业是现代服务业的重要组成部分，产业关联度高、经济带动性强，旅游业的蓬勃发展可带动一系列相关行业诸如交通运输业、餐饮业、住宿业与金融服务业等发展。大力开发旅游资源，推进旅游产业的发展不仅是推动地区经济发展，优化地区经济结构重要战略，也是提高人民生活质量重要的途径。临沂市地处山东省的东南部，是山东省面积最大的地级市。近年来，，随着国家各级政府对现代服务业发展的不断重视，临沂市的旅游业发展迅速，旅游总收入从2009年的182.3亿元上升至2012年的358.8亿元，同期，旅游总收入占临沂市生产总值中的比重也从8.64%上升到11.9%。临沂市旅游产业链也逐渐形成和发展，但是到目前为止，临沂市旅游产业链的发展还是不成熟的，其经济带动作用也没有达到充分的发挥，需要整合完善以期发挥更大更有效的产业关联效应，推动地区全局经济的发展。在此背景下，本文首先在有关旅游业产业链问题的文献检索、阅读、整理的基础之上，发现了从旅游业产业链整合模式这一角度研究临沂市旅游业发展情况的视角，并从这一角度出发，通过文献阅读和梳理，对旅游产业链进行界定，并且利用灰色关联分析理论对临沂市旅游业产业链的发展现状进行客观的量化的详细的分析，并进一步探寻临沂市旅游产业链整合的可能的方向和路径，最后根据前面对临沂市旅游产业链整合模式和整合途径的分析，为临沂市旅游产业的发展提出一些有针对性策略和建议，希望可以为临沂市旅游产业的发展以及其他相似地区的旅游产业链整合发展提供一种发展思路建议和借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard, people's demand for traveling is more and more strong. Tourism is an important part of modern service industry. The development of tourism industry can promote a series of related industries such as transportation, catering, accommodation and financial services. Vigorously developing tourism resources and promoting the development of tourism industry is not only an important strategy to promote regional economic development and optimize the regional economic structure, but also an important way to improve the quality of life of the people. Linyi City is located in the southeast of Shandong Province, Shandong Province is the largest prefecture-level city. In recent years, with the government at all levels paying more attention to the development of modern service industry, the tourism industry in Linyi has developed rapidly. The total income of tourism has risen from 18.23 billion yuan in 2009 to 35.88 billion yuan in 2012. The proportion of total tourism income in Linyi's GDP also rose from 8.64% to 11.9%. Linyi tourism industry chain is gradually formed and developed, but so far, the development of Linyi tourism industry chain is still immature, and its economic driving role has not been fully played. It is necessary to integrate and perfect in order to bring into play more and more effective industrial correlation effect and promote the development of regional economy as a whole. Under this background, based on the literature retrieval, reading and arrangement of the tourism industry chain, this paper finds out the perspective of the tourism industry development in Linyi from the perspective of tourism industry chain integration model. And from this point of view, through literature reading and combing, the tourism industry chain is defined, and the development status of Linyi tourism industry chain is analyzed objectively and in detail by using grey relational analysis theory. And further explore the possible direction and path of Linyi tourism industry chain integration, finally according to the previous analysis of Linyi tourism industry chain integration model and integration approach, This paper puts forward some targeted strategies and suggestions for the development of tourism industry in Linyi city, hoping to provide a kind of suggestion and reference for the development of tourism industry in Linyi city and the integration and development of tourism industry chain in other similar areas.
